    Only problem I have with this machine is that I do not have the option to choose wash times except on the quick wash cycle.

    I have loved this machine for the past 3 years, followed all the directions for use and cleaning it. But today, 2 months after the extended warranty ended, it died. Ugh, that is a lot of money to spend for 3 years of use.

    Still not sure about the extra cycles / how to add the extra water / and Clorox and prewash I do not think works well
