This washing machine vibrates vigorously with only 6 towels. If the load is too small it vibrates even more. We have locked down the adjustable feet and leveled it perfectly but it still rattles. It cleans well but the large capacity is useless.

Good machine. I would recommend it to someone else.

So far so good no issues, runs good no complaints.

After a little bit of playing around with it, the machine is very easy to use and there is no question about what your doing. It does a very good job with washing with very little detergent. Clothes have been coming out very clean.

Bought this to replace a 15 year old Kenmore HE front loader. Very disappointed in the noise level. Has adequate cycle options and gets clothes clean enough. However, it makes a horrible noise (bang) when filling with water.

Worked for about a month before it started leaking water when it rinse. Water would run from the bottom and it would be all over the floor. It's hard to see where the water is coming from exactly.

Seems to work rather well. Not thrilled about having to clean the pump filter every so often. (We used to have a Samsung washer that had a self cleaning filter). Also seems a tad noisier than our old Samsung front loader.

So far this machine has cleaned clothes well, but even though I try to balance the load, it vibrates a great deal and moves around. It's very heavy and almost impossible to move back to the space it's supposed to be in. It's installed in a small laundry closet and its movement makes it impossible to use because the detergent drawer can no longer be opened.

I love my new front loading washer. Clothes are coming out really clean and the machine is really quiet during the wash cycle. It has a quick wash-15 minutes-for things that need just a touch up. It also has the ability to add clothes after the cycle has started & to add additional water.

My main gripe would be that the doors even when in child lock mode do t lock unless the machine is in use... buttons are disabled so the balls, sippy and stuffed animals have not been washed or dried

The machine makes a lot of nosey when the load is to large. I also most sounds like the house is going to break.

Bought this open box for good price, but the machine itself does not seem to be as smooth and balanced as our first LG front load. It washes cloths fine, but I prefer how our older unit worked.
