Bought a new washer after ours was recalled. I like how quite the machine is during its cycle Cleans well and has multiple options for types of loads.

It's OK. Nice interface. Works fine so far. My wife chose this model but really wanted a top loader. Unfortunately alll those are so deep she could not get to the bottom of the tub.

Great looking machine and easy to use. For me there was entirely too much vibration on spin cycles even when you choose the medium spin.

So far, the washer has been held up pretty well. My only complaint is that the letters have started wearing off on the buttons and we bought this in January.

Stopped working properly after 3 years and it was a big challenge and very costly to have a repair person fix it. Labor required was 2 people and was 4 hours just to take off the washer from the dryer that was even before the cost of the parts. Several repair shops we called said they would not come out to fix it because it was too challenging. Would not buy again.

It works well. Very quiet and easy to use. The only downside is there’s no way to keep door partly ajar when not in use.

Seems nicely built and does not vibrate on the floor when at super high spin. Holds more than the older HE front load it replaced when the matching driers were really the same size. So, LG found more space. We will know in 5-10 years if it should have gotten 5 stars. Last similar LG lasted 10 (when used to get 20+ on machines).

Very good washer, read the reviews before I bought it. Super quiet, easy to operate and washes lots of clothes. I hope it lasts as long as my top loader. I did get the Best Buy additional 5 year warranty (very reasonably priced) and I also want to mention about the free professional Best Buy installation delivery and removal of the old washer service. Very good Black Friday deal.

The 1st washer delivered was defective and completely flooded the laundry room and the basement room below. A disaster!!!!!!

We purchased the LG WM3270 washer and DLE3170 dryer two months ago and they have worked flawlessly. The machines are very quiet and smooth sounding compared to our previous set. There is no vibration or bouncing during the spin cycle. The clothes have been coming out very clean.

I was upgraded to the next LG model due a delivery snafu(that's a whole different story). The upgraded model has steam cleaning, which we haven't used. It does seem to get our clothes clean and uses little water unlike top load models. Only drawback is the rubber smell from the seal. Hopefully this will fade away.

Okay but not totally great. I want to add extra spin but have to start then pause to add extra spin.

We bought this washing machine bcos my husband has heard about it as a good product.

My sons can even do their own laundry. I love this easy to use machine.

The Front leaks by the door and installation had many issues

Bought the product, it leaks immediately at first usage. I contacted the store manager and was told i could bring it back for an exchange. we will see how the replacement works. If not for the leak its a nice machine. Maybe i got a lemon, leaks from bottom around the pump.

Washer does what it’s supposed to do. Washes clothes. But during one of the cycles when the washer is spinning. The drum bangs on the front of wha washer so bad it moves it a couple inches from it’s place. So I have to fix it back into possition after every laundry day.

This machine stinks like mildew no matter how many times I run the clean cycle. The inner liner is covered in mold. The drain system is ridiculous. You have to put the lint trap in EXACTLY as it was (even though the instructions don't show this) or it will leak EVERYWHERE. And, even when you are aware of this issue, it can still happen if it is not "just so." I have flooded our laundry room (all the way into the hall once) three times. It also has broken parts after 3 only years. I hate this thing.

Just shakes a lot but is level. Cleans well though
