First off this washer is quite. It's direct drive and has a 10 years warrantee on that part of the washer. Second, the capacity is huge. We can fit our comforters in there. In addition, there are more options than you can use.

By far this is the best washing machines we have ever owned. Works like a charm and has a huge washing capacity. This washer works better than we would ever thought possible. Uses a lot less water and removes most of the lint.

Just got my new LG washer. Larger than I expected compared to my old unit, but nice looking, quiet, efficient.... and it even sings when the load is done! Most fun is watching the cat watching the laundry spinning around.

This washer is quiet, perfectly balanced, hardly shakes in spin cycle!! Gets things super clean and the wash choices are right on. I would never go with anything but an LG in the future. What took me so long!!!

The more expensive version just has more features for washing. Save your money and buy the cheaper one unless you need the specific features for your personal use. This model is quiet and does a great job!

Within 2 months of purchasing this washer we noticed a mildew smell on our clothes. Did all the recommended maintenance steps, and smell went away for a couple of months, then returned. We had the Best Buy extended warranty and had 2 service calls. Temporarily corrected the problem, but was told that "odor is cosmetic" and nothing else could be done. Have reached out to LG without resolution of the problem.

A bit noisy but works well so far - we have only owned it for two weeks. It is smaller than many other front-load models so fit our small laundry room better. Clothes are noticeably cleaner than our previous model (Samsung).

I love this product! This product works with all of my laundry and bedding! It even fits my king size comforters!

Like how the washer cleans. The rubber seals are better than the old front loaders. Haven't had the washer very long, so far so good. The dispenser for soap holds water after each wash not sure it is suppose to do that.

Very nice washer, great sale price and price match. Quiet machine, many cycles including quick wash. Purchased protection plan due to reports that front loading washers are expensive to repair.

Very easy to use, with many different wash cycles. The only drawback I find is that the wash cycles take a lot longer (one hour)then my previous washer(30min)

I check Consumer Report for all items I 'm considering buying. They have done the research and shopping and given me their Best Buy synopsis. Why would I hesitate. An extra surprise $8 a year for electricity.

We purchased this LG washing machine and paid to have it delivered and installed. It didn't work. Best Buy took it back and refunded our money, but we had to pay the person who delivered it an additional fee to return it. We bought another LG machine, but went with another provider who provided free installation and delivery and it worked out much better.

love how dry the clothes spin out so not so much drying time! Clothes come out super clean. I am having trouble figuring out how to set certain features for each load, but hopefully will figure it out....

We are very pleased with this LG front load washer. It has all the features we were looking for for a good price. It saves on water used and treats the clothes delicately.

Very pleased with this washer. It replaced a 5 yr old version of the same machine. Unfortunately the earlier version died prematurely due to a circuit board issue.

Very up to date and simple to use. Bought this for my parents and they loved it. Could wash a lot of clothes at once.

We have a large family and this washer does very large loads. It senses how many clothes are in the normal load cycle and adjusts the time according to the size.

We bought the LG washer dryer sets because we would have to wait weeks for the top loading washer. We have been happy with our choice to buy the front loading washer and dryer set.
