This is absolutely the best space saving stackable on the market today. The washer is surprisingly roomy. The dryer never over-dries. The control panel in the middle idea is genius. There is nothing I do not like about this combo. Worth every penny. Oh, and did I tell you it looks great?

So far, I love this machine. It's only 4.5 months old so I can't speak to longevity. I have it in my kitchen, and other than the part of the cycle where the water is piped into the machine, it's decently quiet. I do virtual meetings while its running. I love the look of it, everything comes out super dry, and, my most important priority was that it isn't an eyesore in my kitchen. The washer is great, everything feels clean and it can fit a good sized load. Would definitely recommend. The only major downside for me is that I bought it for the 2200.00 price and now it's 800.00 cheaper. DEFINITELY worth it for the 1500.00 price tag. Total steal.

Great combination of design and premium technology! It’s very quiet and elegant looking machine that washes your dirty laundry effortlessly. It’s compact and has a single full touch electronic control panel with LED display sandwiched between washer and dryer with plenty of program options to choose. Their app connects to the device seamlessly making it easier to operate remotely. The lint trap is easier to clean and doors are made of scratch resistant tempered glass. It’s been a year almost since the purchase and still looks new, also we have not faced any problems so far. Bestbuy service was also 10/10.

Beautiful (if a W/D can be considered as such) and sleek in design. Surprisingly large capacity and relatively quiet. Love that the controls for both units are waist high (no ladder needed for the dryer) and thats its a “smart” appliance….so i get notified through my LG phone app when a cycle is complete

I love this washing tower! It’s not only beautiful, but it is also a fantastic space saver. My clothes come out cleaner, and the spin cycle is excellent. Unlike my previous washer, my clothes don’t come out dripping. The dryer is remarkable as well. The wrinkle care cycle is terrific! My jeans come out with almost no wrinkles at all. I love this duo!

Purchased to replace a 12 year old LG stacked unit in a bathroom alcove of our in-law suite, not due to any breakdown but more to address difficulty reaching the old dryer for vertically challenged family members. The waist height controls for both the washer and dryer was the most appealing feature, although upon first few uses the quiet performance even on spin cycle is impressive, the controls are intuitive and everything feels well designed and assembled. Liked it so much we ordered a second unit in gray for the upstairs laundry room. Haven't played with smart features yet, that'll be next. Fortunately got both on Labor Day sale at $600 off per set.

One of the best laundry set we’ve ever owned. Great design with the controls in the middle instead of a stack where the dryer controls are at the top and hard to reach. Full size machine in a space saving design. Finish is beautiful.

I'm very pleased with the washer/dryer towel. It's very easy to select cycles and settings and looks great! I would definitely recommend it to my friends on family. The only negative is that the doors can only open from the right. It would have been much more convenient for me to be able to open from the left.

Replaced an Lg model I had for over 20 years that was a real workhorse. Love the new sleek design and fits my space perfectly. Love that I can turbo wash a load in 29 minutes and do a speed wash in 15. Overall, love this complete unit!

This is a very good looking machine and improves the aesthetics of the surrounding. It is sleek and modern. It has all the features and clothes come out nice and fresh. Will recommend this over the other standard stacked units.

Love the sleek look and space saving concept. The controls are located in the middle of unit in which I truly like. I waited until it was on sale to purchase, great deal.

Sleek space saving works great i have enuff room to install 2 cabinets a 15 inch and a 23 inch easy to install 20 minutes and i had my first load going

This washer and dryer exceeded expectations. Installation was straightforward, the units are very quiet, and performance is excellent. Clothes come out consistently clean and dry without needing repeat cycles. The controls are intuitive, cycle options cover everything from heavy loads to delicates, and the machines feel solid and well-built. The stackable design saves space and looks modern. Energy efficiency is a plus, and overall reliability has been flawless so far. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading or replacing older units.

Pros: Controls are conveniently located. WiFi connected - downloadable wash routines. Fairly quiet. Speed. Clean lines. Efficient. Capacity and smaller footprint. Multiple cycles, downloadable. App integration and WiFi Bedding setting. Well built. Smooth uniform front. Configurable - side vent for dryer. Heavy Cons: Can't create custom cycles. Finding a "cold water" wash can be complicated. Changing water temp, speed, etc. is often not possible for the chosen cycle. This can be maddening. Previous GE washer had "active wear" setting for my workout clothes. I have yet to find something equivalent. Really miss that one. Can't change the door opening from right to left. WiFi configuration was difficult and required contacting LG. LG was helpful. I tried multiple times, following the instructions step by step. What LG told me was not in the instructions, but it worked. Also, though the cell data on my phone had to be turned OFF to make the connection, once that was established I've been able to use it with cell data reenabled.
