After two weeks of failed delivery and installation, accompanied by endless excuses and unfulfilled promises of callbacks, the entire process has been a disaster. As a BestBuy Total member and a long-term customer, I expected much better treatment, but that was not the case. The level of carelessness exhibited is unacceptable. This experience has left me questioning the commitment to customer service, and I urge others to be cautious. I hope that management addresses this issue promptly and someone actually calls me back as promised. TBD

Delivery problems never got unit to try

I had tonwait 2 weeks and 2 delivery appointments ONLY to find out that the unit is to WIDE (31 inches ) to fit in my basement and the delivery person would not even attempt to try. I had to ouchase two separate units as well as a stacking kit and am now delayed 2 more weeks prior to delivery and install. Not a good experience overall. Cant even rate the unit as i have had no experience with it

I replaced my individual washer/dryer with this LG and was disappointed from the beginning. Im a tech guy and enjoy useing apps on my smartphone. I had this maching for 3mth and have yet to get it to connect the the LG ThinQ. This machine has limited wash cyles and not being able to download more cycles makes it even more limited. Washer is noise. I just hope will last 12 plus years like my last washer/dryer. Dont expect it though. Bad Purchase

The dryer takes all day to dry one load and it’s constantly stopping on its own. Wanted to love it but after a couple months of constant use I have to say stay away from this product.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st - the smart function, which has all the wonderful settings it advertised, does not connect unless the machine is next to the router or you have a 2.5ghz wifi network. 2nd - it wouldn't dry fully unless was set to high 3rd - it left a puddle of water when washed a small load (4 small towels). Since I can't connect to the wifi, I couldn't drain or clean the tub, etc. Bestbuy came and everything was connected right. For the wifi, I would have to get the Geeksquad which I have to pay extra! I wish I could replace it with a non-smart washer/dryer tower but they don't have anything else.

They were to hook the appliance up and couldn't figure out how to and left it not hooked up and water all over the floor. Thank heavens my husband is handy enough to figure it out and get the job done. The one guy was also very condescending. Sorry that I am rating this so low but I have already sent in one that was excellent for the sales. So this one is for the Geek squad

Dryer controls are frustrating if you like to dry clothes with low heat. Consistently stops before clothes are dry even when you set it to Very Dry.
