Wow wow wow. I love this combo machine. At first use of the dryer, it kept displaying an error message stating the vent was 95% blocked. We thought it had to be wrong because we just had it cleaned. My husband went to the roof where the vent sits… lo and behold, there was a MASSIVE blockage. This machine saved our house from a vent fire. After having it for a month, I’m so happy with our purchase. It washes like a dream and dries in record time. I cannot recommend it enough.

I Love This Washer/Dryer Combo! Full Size for small places. Absolutely Beautiful piece of Equipment! Wonderful lighting and sound tones. Many wash an dry choices plus a steamer for the dryer! A little pricey, but, Well Worth the Money!!!

This is a terrific little unit that fits beautifully into my laundry closet with room to spare. Despite its size I was able to fit my king sized comforter with no issues. It came out sparkling clean and dried so quickly I thought there was some mistake when the alarm rang. I’ve only had it a short time so I can’t speak yet to longevity, but so far I’m very well pleased!

I purchased this WashTower about a year ago when we remodeled our apartment kitchen and it has worked flawlessly. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it is so simple and easy to use. The amount of wash & dry options is plentiful, dry time is fast, and the added smart features are a bonus (although I admit I just recently started taking advantage of the WiFi connectivity). It fits in our kitchen perfectly and has been one of the best appliance purchases I have ever made.

Whisper quiet, smaller than it looks, easy to operate. The control buttons are a bit difficult to press and take some getting used to. Definitely love this stacking washer and dryer.

It is an excellent machine to wash and dry from the comfort of your home ... very easy to use, they no longer have to work from one side to the other .. with the excellent very detailed control panel in the center of the unit ... LG thank you for making our lives easier and to Best Buy for offering us the opportunity to have the best technicians in general ... very pleased me and my family

One of the best laundry set we’ve ever owned. Great design with the controls in the middle instead of a stack where the dryer controls are at the top and hard to reach. Full size machine in a space saving design. Finish is beautiful.

I absolutely love my washer and dryer tower. I have had it several years and it works great and have had no issues at all. The look is sharp and my small laundry room looks great. I highly recommend.

Using for a little over a year and this unit been nothing short of amazing. The only issue I do have is that I am unable to connect the app after numerous attempts, but that is not really a feature I was looking for when purchased.

This is the best stackable unit out there. We have been buying the old looking one for years in our rentals. This is now the gold standard. Tons of space, and extremely fast wash and dry cycles.

I’ve had my washer and dryer for a little over a month. The efficiency is 10 times better than my last stackable washer and dryer. It can dry a set of towels in less than one hour and in my old dryer it would take three hours.

I'm very pleased with the washer/dryer towel. It's very easy to select cycles and settings and looks great! I would definitely recommend it to my friends on family. The only negative is that the doors can only open from the right. It would have been much more convenient for me to be able to open from the left.

I’ve been using my new washtower for about 3 weeks. It’s performing great! I like everything about it, except I find it a little difficult to reach the clothes in the washer. I don’t bend as well as I used to and it’s quite a reach to the back of the washer.

We love this washer/dryer combo! It is efficient, quiet, and I like that you can control it from your phone and receive notifications on when your load is done. The first unit we received had some issues. The washer would shake violently during the spin cycle and the whole unit would move around. I contacted BestBuy and they had a new one here and ready to be installed within two days! We were so thankful for their customer service team and the installers that made it happen. There are a couple of reasons why I only give it 4 stars. 1.) since both the washer and dryer are electrical/smart technology you need an additional plug for the washer. Our older stacked unit didn’t have this, so we had to run a new electrical box for the washer. 2.) the cord they provide for the dryer is pretty short. In my photo you can see we had it in a pretty small space. Since the installers weren’t able to climb back, my husband had to climb back over the washer and dryer to plug it in. 3.) the installers damaged some of our walls and a light fixture in the process of moving the unit. They didn’t mention it to me before leaving. Upon contacting BestBuy/their service for installation there are a million hoops to jump through in order to get some money back for repairs and it’s just not worth the hassle. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase and would recommend this washer/dryer for anyone looking to save some space, but still have a washer/dryer with a large load capacity.
