Water stays in drum after a wash. Can’t even return or exchange after a month. Crazy for the price point! Also the first unit I purchased came with a huge dent in it so I had to wait a month to get this one.

Failure in 30 days!

Service technician came out today and determined installation was done properly by Best Buy and venting was also sufficient; he recommended we get another unit since this one is only 30 days old & was used infrequently. We are awaiting decision about delivery of a new unit.

My clothes dont rinse and its too expensive to fix. I was give a quote of $900 or over $500 with another company. Its not even two years old and Im having issues with washer. How frustrating!!

The wrong one was ordered and returned after an attempt to deliver. This is after a three week Wait. Three weeks later I am still unable to get a ventless washer and dryer from Best Buy. I have had multiple conversations with, their customer service to no avail literally 13 or more calls, five promises of a supervisor getting back to me, promises of gift cards for the inconvenience and lost time from work. None of those things have happened. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. a ventless washer and dryer Was found and ordered but it was almost half the capacity of the one I wanted. Another unit was found, but that is three months out. I went to a appliance store, ordered the unit I wanted on a Tuesday and it is getting delivered within a week – the day after Christmas. I am extremely dissatisfied with my Best Buy experience and their absolutely horrible customer service. Save yourself some trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Leaking within 2 yrs

You can pay 450 for LG to fix it for you. Recommend trying other brands before buying this unit.

I replaced my individual washer/dryer with this LG and was disappointed from the beginning. Im a tech guy and enjoy useing apps on my smartphone. I had this maching for 3mth and have yet to get it to connect the the LG ThinQ. This machine has limited wash cyles and not being able to download more cycles makes it even more limited. Washer is noise. I just hope will last 12 plus years like my last washer/dryer. Dont expect it though. Bad Purchase

They’re supposed to send me a $200 credit Best Buy card and I have yet to receive it.
