We purchased this unit because it is in the garage at our home in Florida. It is very space-efficient, leaving room for the laundry basket and folding table. It is very quiet . . . surprisingly so. We did five loads of laundry the first day it was installed. The clothes were well-cleaned using the regular wash cycle. Drying was complete and didn't take as long as I thought it might . . . the washer spins out most of the rinse water before finishing its cycle. We used the steam feature for a new bed skirt, and it worked perfectly. This is a very attractive unit, and it works extremely well. Highly recommend!

We love the stackable washer and dryer. It’s quiet and easy to use. Takes up a lot less space than our older model. You can also customize your desired user setting.

Absolutely love this setup. Single unit tower is saving a ton of room, the doors are not in the way and did not have to be swapped around for clearance. With the controls in the middle of the unit we do not have to try and reach 6 foot in high to operate the dryer.

I bought my LG laundry tower 2 months ago, my dryer is working fine but since day one, the washer leaves the clothes dirty, not matter what setting I use or the amount of clothes is put in, there is not enough water getting into the drum for the wash cycle and the rinse cycle seems to be running dry with no water at all, it seems like the clothes are getting a little mist of water, spin and that is it, as a result the clothes are not clean and they are smelly when the wash cycle is done. I called Best Buy, they sent a technician and the technician referred me to the LG support, LG sent a technician and he said he doesn't see anything wrong despite the fact that my clothes are not getting clean. This unit is very beautiful and easy to use but the main function of a washing machine is washing and cleaning the clothes, this one is clearly not doing that for me, so if anyone is listening (Best Buy or LG), I just need this issue resolved, I would hate to get stuck with a 2K "dryer only" tower. Thanks.

I was apprehensive at first because I was worried the load compacity was less then other models but after having it for a while this more then keeps up with amount of laundry I do weekly. It saves space without the controls being out of reach which was an issue with stackable models for us. It runs much more quietly then our previous set. The best part for us is the sanitize cycle and the ability to download different cycles if needed. Definitely happy with our purchase and would recommend.

Absolutely love it. It is so easy to use. Very smart and fits tight spaces. We have a very limited space in our laundry room and the best options we had was this laundry tower and a combo from Samsung. I am so glad that I chose this unit over the other one. After installation and use for few cycles,it detected wrong hose connection and sent me a notification from LG phone app. Best Buy came in and confirmed/ fixed the issue. I will always buy LG appliances with no brainer.

The LG WashTower is an elegant washer / dryer piece of equipment. It is quiet and does a great job cleaning clothes. The space saving aspect of the machine is appreciated and not reaching for controls like most stack set up is really nice. The washer and dryer tubs are full size, so there is no compromise in what they can hold compared standard side by side units. Best Buy did a great job delivering, hauling away old machines, and installing the WashTower. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in not time.

Love this machine! Easy to operate and it picks the best cleaning for clothes and time durations. Doesn't overheat dry clothes or lets meldew if stop early .

Beautiful setup, runs quiet. Most of the noise you hear from it is water. The only complaint is the dryer vent is directly over the water inlets, and close enough where the hoses get in the way of the vent hose. Why don’t they make these thing to sit closer to the back wall?

Fit in a cuboard, leaving a lot of valuable space , Quiet and simple to use, Should have this a long time ago, ideal for small houses.

The washer and dryer are easy to use and do a great job! It is quiet, and yes, the dryer suggests settlings for you. We have struggled connecting the unit to WiFi and our installation experience was a nightmare. However- the units were worth it so far!

I absolutely love this washer and dryer! It cleans my clothes extremely well, does a fantastic job at separating lint, and very easy to clean! I also love all the washing and drying settings.

Love this LG laundry tower! I had the LG cherry red front loader washer and dryer for 17 years prior to purchasing this unit and had no problems at all. Gave it to my son as it was still working fine. This Lg laundry tower is beautiful in the black stainless, it is compact, stacked and so sleek with the flat control panel. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great size and gets the job done while saving a lot of space. The controls are located in a perfect spot.
