We went from having a stacked top loader washer to this option. I love it. We have more room in the washer and dryer and so many more options for the type of load. I love the load sensing option which has made a difference in our water use. My water bill has been cut almost in half.

Installer was the worst.Not truthful and wouldn’t install. Had to get own plumber to handle what was a very simple job. Was also given attitude when mentioned old unit needed to be hauled away

The wash tower looks great, is quiet, and works great. We had huge issue with delivery and item showed up with a dent in the back but we kept it cause there is no availability. So far it is meeting our expectations.

We have a very small laundry closet and this unit fit perfectly. We did have to remove the accordion door, however this washtower is so beautifully designed that we like that it can be seen. Also, the unit can handle loads twice the size of our previous unit. So we have fewer wash days.

Had for about a month now with no issues like other reviews reported. It’s quiet, works great. Like most HE dryers, sometimes the clothes are a tad damp, but if you put the setting to more dry, it works like a charm. It’s sleek and frees up a lot more space than my previous HE washer and dryer. Will update as time passes!

Beautiful set, I love all the space it saves. And love the options it has, and how it automatically senses the size of load I’m washing as well as the setting to put it on. So many perks with this set! Also has a speed wash, will wash a load in 15min…

I purchased this on black Friday and it finally got delivered and installed after New Years. For the 3 days we've had it, we've already done 4 loads of laundry! Love it, especially the way it calculates, based on the size of the load, the amount of time needed to both wash and dry! Quiet too!

The product is easy to use and we are pleased once we purchased the right parts for installation and the installation was completely. Inadequate training on the features at the time of sale, not everything can be on a smart phone

I am very happy with my washer/Dryer. However, the delivery process left a lot to be desired. They told us one time in the store and then gave us a totally different time the day before and a 4 hour window which meant the loss of half a day. Not good.

Had it a few weeks now and works fantastic. Having the unit stacked saves huge space in our small laundry area. The best part is it has the premium feature you expect, versus some lower end stacked units. The controls in the middle are awesome for those of us vertically challenged!

Works great, runs quiet, energy efficient as well as easy setup. I love the steam cycles for quick clothes refreshing and the wrinkle control is an amazing feature. Operating via the app make its easy to start or stop washing or drying while on the go. Excellent product.
