works great for mother in law. we got this a year and half ago and still working good

Perfect combo washer and dryer We do about two loads a day and never do we have a issue. It is as beautiful as it cleans and drys it clothes.

This combo is outstanding, well worth the price. Its very quiet you dont even know its on . It was very easy to setup, and you can also control it with your android or IPhone.

The washer and dryer were very nice and spacious but larger than expected in my small utility room. Worked great and looked great.

Genreally happy so far. Shakes more than expected at the beginning of the spin cycle and I believe it is level as well and also on anti vibration pads. Louder than one would expect. Difficult to work on in a closet, but easier if you have access from the side. Hot and cold water are labeled but opposite of a typical washing machine, be aware of this at installation. Installation was a joke, the installers were no good.

I’m really pleased with this combo. It replaced our 20 year old Maytag stacked unit. Our wash closet has limited depth and this unit fits perfectly where most of the other stacked individual units were 2 to 3 inches too deep. Wash times are much shorter and quieter as well.

I bought this because I have cerebral palsy and thought it would be easier for me. I haven't had to use it much because my wife loves it. It's more compact then our prior washer and dryer but holds the same amount. It dries and washes faster. It's well worth the money.

Yes LG has done it right. Bought this LG Tower due to the limited space I had available. Works great no problems. Love the no big buttons to turn or rotating knobs. Yes this is perfect for what I needed for. Thanks LG for thinking of the tight locations most of us still have.

They were amazing. We had issues with the valves being corroded over and needed to get them changed before they could install my new stackable washer and dryer. The day of installation they contacted me to let me know they were on their way. I informed them that the contractor was still here and could they come out later. We kept in communication with one another and they were able to get here within 30 minutes of me informing them that the contractor finally had finished. They relocated my old stackable that has to stay with the unit I rent and hooked up the new stackable within 10 minutes. They were very professional, respectful, and understanding. So happy to have gotten the opportunity to work with them.

I am very happy with my washer/Dryer. However, the delivery process left a lot to be desired. They told us one time in the store and then gave us a totally different time the day before and a 4 hour window which meant the loss of half a day. Not good.

We are extremely pleased with our new LG WashTower. It fits very nicely into the limited space of our condo. We find the unit to be very quiet, which allows us to enjoy our activities without the annoying noise of the previous washer/dryer. An excellent product.

Best washer and dryer combo ever. We had tall ceilings and needed to utilize vertical space. Gets my husband’s work clothes so clean! Pulls pet hair out of everything! Absolutely love the ability to monitor and control from an App!

great product and great service all in 2 stops, Best Buy had to come back to install washer and dryer when we dound that a spigot had to be replaced because it had frozen up. Best Buy did so within a couple of days with no hassle

We LOVE our washer/ dryer combo! It is super a great model. The stacked option frees up so much space in the laundry room. The washer has a huge capacity which is great for dirty farm clothes! It gets everything super clean. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and saves so much space. Cleans well ower older one was running out cloths. This is a definite upgrade. Was easy to install. We would definitely recommend this washer dryer combo

I LOVE my new laundry center. I can fit so much into 1 load to wash and dry. I’m still learning the cycles, some of the wash cycles can be quite long but my clothes come out so clean!

Finally a stacking washer and dryer that is not so clunky looking!! I don't have a separate door so it is important that it looks good. Works great, plays nice little tunes - ha ha! I do not use the fancy features - I just press the buttons on what I want.

I love my new washer/dryer. I appreciate the patience of your sales crew and the geek squad. I have a perfect set and that makes number 4 a success. It fits into the small space in my condo and washes and dries perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
