Decent for the price. It takes a little longer to do loads because it takes forever for even the small loads to dry.

This unit is a great combination of a nicely sized washer in a smaller footprint. The washer and dryer both work well and are reliable for multiple loads on a daily basis.

I LOVE my new laundry center. I can fit so much into 1 load to wash and dry. I’m still learning the cycles, some of the wash cycles can be quite long but my clothes come out so clean!

I love the size of this front load washer & dryer tower and the look of a tower instead of the bulky dryer on top of a washer. The super easy touch controls are in the middle which for a short person is a game changer! It washes and drys to perfection! I am 100% happy with this tower combo and LG!

Beautiful and saves so much space. Cleans well ower older one was running out cloths. This is a definite upgrade. Was easy to install. We would definitely recommend this washer dryer combo

Excellent washer and dryer, I love how they leave my clothes.

This is an amazing washer and dryer stacked unit. The space saving stacked feature is excellent. But by far having the controls in the middle instead of the dryer controls on the top is the best. It works great, is quite and it makes laundry fun again, well almost.

Its so quiet! Easy to use! My only conplaint is that there isnt a delay option! This set has made my life do much easier sbd goven my tiny laundry room so much more space!

Absolutely love it! This washer dryer combo is a lot quieter than our older models. I love the fact that our nine-year-old can do his own washing and drying because the panel is in the middle. Absolutely recommend this washer and dryer to anybody who needs to save some space.

Had an aged, yet serviceable, unit, so wasn't necessarily in the market for a replacement stack. After reading reviews and doing some additional homework, though, I bought this unit and had it delivered within a week. I (easily) handled the installation myself, but having someone else around to move the unit once connected would be my recommendation. While having a WiFi-enabled/connected washer and dryer is more "nice to have" than "have to have" (you still have to physically go to the unit to load/swap/unload), the app does provide some additional customization options that come in handy. Now in place for several weeks, I'm very glad I made the swap to this unit and would highly recommend if you're in the market for a stack.

Love our new Washtower!!! Fits in the space perfectly. The loads we are washing and ddrying are coming out soo clean, we did not realize how bad our old washer and dryer were. Only need to use one Pod per load, where I was using up to 4 for big loads with my other washer just to get it to smell good.

Nothing is better than not needing to grab a small step to be able to reach at the top to change settings. Having the buttons in the middle was the best thing ever. Also why use so much space when all you need is the stackable that does so much without the extra space needed

I purchased this washer and dryer combo purely for aesthetics. The modern minimalistic design is worth the purchase for me. Compared to traditional stacked front load washers and dryers the center control panel makes it easy to operate. Keep in mind that this one pice unit is extremely difficult to move and install with its size and weight.

Such a great unit. Was installed with no issues. Does a great job washing and drying my clothes and it's nice and quiet.

I have had this unit for about 3 weeks. I love it. Apart from saving space, the washer and dryer are easy to use. The dryer knows the setting of the most recently completed wash cycle and automatically sets the dryer. Happy to see the communication between the washer and the dryer/

The LG Washtower is a nice washer/dryer unit with electronic controls and many selectable wash & dry cycles. There are a lot of features, which means it takes a bit of effort to understand what they do and how to use each feature properly. The LG owner’s manual could written much better, though, to make things clearer and easier to understand. For example, at the moment, general topics are somewhat poorly organized; and the manual could definitely use a full appendix to aid in easily finding specific pages for comprehensive explanations of certain features, functions, care instructions, etc. A feature-rich product, but due to a poorly documented manual it may seem lacking in useful information to many users. (It took me 30 minutes and 5 tries to link the ThinQ application to the Washtower! Kept re-reading the instructions in the manual, but found nothing helpful; finally just dove into the application itself, which better explained the connection procedure.)
