Easy to use, minimal water usage and works flawlessly with the steam option. Only downside is the lower washer may be a bit low for tall people and may be uncomfortable to bend a lot but for me is no issue.

I had 2 delivery cancellations, not calls to tell me that. I had to call and rescheduled twice. Almost 3 weeks passed. Nobody in offer me installation, I had to ask since I have total tech. Bad care for customers.

The manual is short on useful information, lacking explanations of the symbols on the washer mean about where it is in the cycle and sufficient information about when to use the steam cycle. Also, exactly what is the difference between drying on energy saver on or off?

The Energy Saver option on your dryer helps reduce the energy consumption on the Cotton/Normal cycle, depending on the load size. The Energy Saver feature is the default option and it works by using a lower heat setting, however this does add to the time it takes to dry the load. ^Jennifer
