I am excited to wash clothes now. I like the fact that the dryer knows how long it will take for the clothes to be completely dry. I like the fact that you can download the app and tell the washer machine want to do. I’m the boss of the machine and laundry.

The delivery was really fast even though the website said it was not available, so very happy with that. The delivery guys were very apporchable and installed it in less than 30 mins, they used mask and were very polite. Great service overall.

The rubber washer boot by the door was completely shredded by the spin cycle in 3 years time. Now every time I wash there are a million pieces of rubber in my clothing and the whole liner needs to be replaced. LG knows they've built a lemon and they only guarantee parts for a year. Run and buy another brand immediately.

I can't review the actual unit yet, since we are still building our house and this isn't installed yet. But I have done extensive research on the washer/dryer stack set, and I can't wait to get it installed to test it out. I am short, so I love that I can easily reach the controls.

The most interesting feature is the electronic display between the two units. With most stackable washer/dryers, the controls for the dryer are just too high especially for height challenged users. Although we’ve only had it for a week, clothes come out well.
