Absolutely Beautiful piece of Equipment! Wonderful lighting and sound tones. Many wash an dry choices plus a steamer for the dryer! A little pricey, but, Well Worth the Money!!!

Stylish cleaning machine

The middle control panel is great, however, it only has limited settings on it so If you want to access all the settings you have to go on-line to download them. The black steel finish is really stylish and contemporary but it does show hand/ fingerprints which cause constant cleaning if you dislike seeing fingerprints. In hindsight the white would have been better to hide the prints. The bottom wash tub is a little low and often clothes are stuck to the top or sides of it so you have to really bend and at times hand spin the tub so the clothes drop or come to the bottom of the wash tub. The dryer is not a problem to see the clothes. Pay close attention to how you load this machine or it can become unbalanced. The doors are fixed and swing from right to left. I immediately noticed that my clothes seem cleaner and not as beat up compared to my old agitator style washer. The regular price is a little high for this unit but if you watch the sales you can save a few hundred dollars.

But works in my small laundry room. I wish I could clone this but a bit smaller as it is only me and more room would have made me happy. There is little options for small laundry rooms for single folks

U5 error on washer

My clothes dont rinse and its too expensive to fix. I was give a quote of $900 or over $500 with another company. Its not even two years old and Im having issues with washer. How frustrating!!

Not worth the headache

Water stays in drum after a wash. Can’t even return or exchange after a month. Crazy for the price point! Also the first unit I purchased came with a huge dent in it so I had to wait a month to get this one.
