The first unit delivered had to be exchanged immediately because the washer would not fully drain. Best Buy was great and they were replaced quickly. They still leave a bit of water on the bottom of the drum but the benefit of having the single slim unit is worth it. Smaller footprint and same drum sizes. We were able to replace 2 side by side units with this stack and add cabinets and counter space. Love the controls in the middle and when u buy warranty u only have to purchase it for 1 unit instead of separate washer and dryer. Clothes are a bit wetter coming out of washer but the dryer takes care of things in one run. I’d give 5 stars except for small puddle at the bottom of most washer loads but the gain outweighs the negative.

So far so good! Saves space and clothes are coming out clean! My old unit was doing a poor job compared to this new system. Would definitely recommend

I absolutely love my new stackable washer & dryer it has so many different features that make it easier for me to operate & use also I really like the fact I'm able to wash my king comforters without the mashine over flooding

Nice unit. Washes and dries really well. Many options to choose from though you need to use the app to find all of them. Make sure you or whoever is using this unit is comfortable with using a phone app to control it. Otherwise you will be using only the basic preset functions. Also look for rebates from your local utility company. We were able to get a $150 rebate from the water company and $75 rebate from the gas company (we use natural gas where we live). I like the steam on the dryer. Really good for jeans and dress shirts.

Excellent product easy to use. instrument panel is located easy in the middle of the machine. I don’t have to reach way up at the top in the wash comes out much better looking and faster.

Love this new wash tower! It’s only a few inches wider than my previous “apartment size” GE one but this holds so much more! I was happy to wash my bed spreads and rugs in this front loader. Very pleased with this purchase!

I'm very happy with this purchase. My new home had a much smaller laundry room than my old home. My side by side was just too much for the room & I needed more storage. This has been the perfect solution. Very happy with the product & its performance. It is also very quiet.

Give the store in Countryside of four manager and personnel told me 2024 product when I was looking 2025 also paid as much for 2025 thought that was unprofessional just to sell a product and not informal customer that is a 2024 should have been most professional since it came from the manager was the store trying to get rid of left products from 2024 ?

Machine is sleek and aesthetically pleasing. Qualifies for energy rebates; check your area. Easy to sync and register product with the LG App. Washer uses AI and really gets clothes clean with various temperature and wash settings such as Steam/Sanitize. Dryer uses AI to automatically set the type/temperature/time settings based on what you used previously in the washer. Easy to empty lint screen, which is extremely well built and durable. Space saving and fits perfectly in my townhouse laundry closet. Absolutely LOVE this machine!! Install/Delivery was a nightmare, thus four stars.

This is the first new washer and dryer I have purchased. I wanted a stackable to have more space yet these are full- size appliances. I am very impressed with the look, ease and features that these offer. I would highly recommend.

Great tower and worth the service for Bestbuy to install. All around good experience. LG has continued to develop great products. Efficient and many rebates available from electric providers, best buy and LG.

I can’t complain… this is an awesome washer and dryer. Better than my last one. Very quite and cleans clothes very well. The only thing is the washer has a smell of rubber after a wash. All you need to do is wipe it dry and air dry it. So far so good.

Replaced 15 years old LG washer and dryer so far so good it is very quiet nice looking purchased it from Best Buy online schedule delivery on time everything went smooth and purchased it at Black Friday great price

Absolutely Beautiful!! Very sleek and very quiet. I got the gas version. The black stainless steel is perfect. Couldn’t be happier. My Kenmore Elite set was 15 years old wasn’t quite doing the job anymore. Shopped around and Best Buy had the best price. Beat Lowe’s by $250.00.

Good for a location (like mine) where you have no choice but to stack washer & dryer but want the nicer front-loading style. Designed for stacking situation so that controls are in middle of unit rather than dryer controls being on top. Looks nice, too. Also has interior lights when you turn the units on. Very modern!
