    This laundry center is awesome. I took off one star because of the measurements. I measured the space where I wanted to put the machine and it was equal to my old w/d so i thought it would be no problem but when the installer put the machine in place there was about a 2 in metal backing on the dryer piece that was not included in the specifications on best buy. So the laundry center is visible and i cannot use our bi fold door to hide it. Luckily its looks so good and high tech i might not mind it for now

    Quiet, efficient and easy to use but dryer occasionally makes clothes smell like RUBBER! Washes out with another wash.

    It is very quiet! It seems to use less water but I am not sure if the laundry really came out clean? Maybe I need to get used to it. Can I get credit from water or electricity bills if I applied?

    Your delivery people were wonderful. And the washer dryer works well and is a delight. My only concern is the start buttons after I have to hit them two or three times before it starts.
