    Beautiful unit in the Black steel finish - able to use without a door -easy access now as well as a stylish look Plus a vented gas dryer more efficient

    We’ve had the unit for over a year now and it works pretty good. I love having the app on my phone and being able to now exactly how many minutes are left in the cycle. My only complaint would be the terrible smell the washer has. I drain the little hose on the bottom every other wash and use the clean cycle with the cleaning tab once a month and the washer will smell great but the following day it will smell funky again. I leave the door open in order for the washer to dry, but it still smells bad. Other than that, it’s a good product.

    Bought so my wife will have an extra set to help her will endless kids laundry. She is happy with them. Can easily reach top dried. The only issue is that some laundry circles are only available through the app.

    The washer works great. But the dryer didn’t work and it was brand new. I seen that on other reviews and it’s proven to be a common issue. Even though everyone has been nice and easy to work with. It’s going on two weeks of exchanges and no washer dryer unit. I’m pretty bummed because I put a lot into a recent home renovation and still no relief. Also, my first delivery crew were very rude and tried to talk me out of keeping the unit. Asking “why I want a washer dryer in my unit in the first place and making comments to just take it back because it was heavy. I told them it wasn’t an easy walk up.

    We just purchased the wash tower but it seems really good so far. We like to notifications you get on your phone when it’s done bc you can’t hear it run or turn off. Very good product.

    Compact but handles large loads very well. Love how the dryer senses the load last washed and programs the dryer accordingly. Very happy with this purchase

    I am not happy with this washer/dryer tower. There is not enough water to clean larger loads and dark washes have to be broken down into very smal loads because any odors will not come out with a larger load! I hate that I cannot just put it on a spin cycle if that is what I need or just a rinse cycle. It is overly complicated and I rather have a machine with simple knobs where I can easily choose the what I want to do! The dry time is ridiculous as well and takes forever!
