I recently had a nightmarish experience with my washer dryer purchase from Best Buy, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Delivery and Installation Attempts: I had to endure three failed attempts to deliver and install my washer dryer tower. Each time, there was a different excuse to not complete the installation. 1. First Attempt: They claimed there was a vent issue and said I needed a vent kit. After this, I hired contractors to break down walls and relocate my vent so that the hose would connect easily. 2. Second Attempt: The delivery team then said I needed a drip pan, even though I already had drains in the location. This should have been assessed and communicated to me during the first visit. 3. Third Attempt: They stated I didn’t have a gas line. Really? I purchased the installation service—shouldn’t they provide that? Additionally, when they opened the box, the washer’s rubber housing, which prevents water leaks, was removed, and they deemed it defective and had to return it. Customer Service: The whole process was a complete fiasco. They tried to offer money as compensation for the frustration, but it’s not about the money—I just want my washer dryer. Conclusion: Don’t order from Best Buy. Their delivery team is horrible and completely unreliable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Not very good removing soap. All He washers in general are bad at doing their jobs because the government helped destroy even the basic washing machine. I would go the cheaper route and stay away from any HE machines and save yourself a tremendous headache.

I was not able to use the washer/dryer as it was too big for the space. You need to not rely on written dimensions as it does not include the bulge in the back of the machines. Dimensions are only the outside edges of the machines. Does not account for the front or back which stick out. I had to return.

Washer is ok but when I try to change the temperature on the dryer I have to first change the dry time before I can change the temperature.

I bought the washtower during the Black Friday sale and had it sitting in my garage waiting to install it until after my basement renovation was done. After my plumber installed it, the first wash cycle made a horrible jet engine/grinding noise. Obviously I bought a lemon and I assumed that this would be taken care of no problem. After talking to customer service (Louis) today they informed me that I’m out of the 15 day return window and I should have bought the geek squad protection. Best Buy said that there is nothing that they can do and I need to contact LG. I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am in Best Buy. As a Minnesotan, I like to support our businesses but it looks like I will be shopping elsewhere.

Good looking machine, but a little noisy. I wished it was more quiet.

Although the sales desk did a wonderful job of understanding the complexity of my order with a LP gas conversion, it is still not done. I have had two attempted install dates: the first time the technician could not do LP gas conversion even though that was expressly in the order. The second time I was informed I needed plumbing repairs, which the Best Buy person who came to my house (to ensure everything was ready in terms of space, electric, gas and water) failed to advise me of...probably because he took only one minute for a casual look over and never looked behind my current laundry equipment. The Crystal Lake Best Buy management team is making good efforts to rectify the issues, but I still do not have this LG Wash Tower installed.

first delve guys (3) said they could not deliver because it was a 4 man job, days later TWO guys delivered it, however, the hoses were wrong size (my fault) and I was advised that I HAD TO BUY THE CORRECT SIZES!! this is total bs, not happy, will hesitate before I purchase from bb again, and, where is my 100 dollar gift card that im suppose to get for opening an account?

Horrible. Clothes don’t smell good after the load is done & clothes take forever to dry.

Third Party installers do not know what they are doing. They are very rude and no communication. I can't believe Best Buy would put their name behind these companies.
