    Dryer glass exploded during drying load. Washed a load and put the load in the dryer while I washed a second load. The once the second load was done washing, I placed it in the dryer. About 10 minutes later they dryer started making a loud noise. Quickly ran to the laundry room and the inner glass had cracked. Had the washer/dryer tower for about 3 years. Best Buy is not honoring repairing it under the 5 year warranty because i'm being told that they don't believe the glass can crack.

      For the dryer, the buildup of lint and dirt can sometimes occur if the filter is not thoroughly cleaned or maintained. We recommend ensuring that the lint filter is cleaned after every load, as well as checking for any lint buildup in the venting system.

      For the washer’s mildew smell, it’s often caused by excess moisture that can accumulate in the drum. We recommend running a cleaning cycle with a washer cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to help eliminate odors. It's also helpful to leave the washer door slightly open when not in use to allow for airflow.
