I love this wash tower. It is even more efficient than my last LG stackable and faster. Also new is the Thinq app lets me know when the washer or dryer is done which makes me more efficient :)

I am very satisfied with the purchase. They fit perfectly in the closet, and they are quiet. Also, they have a good option for both washing and drying. I wish i got them sooner. Thank you.

So far so good. But disappointed that it does not have a timer on it like my old Electrolux. Also complicated to figure out settings and limited was options. And the smart function instructions are not clear so wasted time figuring out.

Very nice unit. Runs quietly and a perfect solution when we were looking to add a half bath. Having said that I would say the only negative would be the washer. Upon completing the laundry the door has lots of moisture on it. If it isn't wiped off or allowed to dry with the door ajar the unit gets a musty smell inside.

Great product and easy to use. This tower is excellent for small spaces.

Love this washer dryer unit. Given that some of us are shorter in the household, a major selling point for us was that the control was in the middle rather than on the top with some stackable units. It’s very easy to use and regardless of the cycle the clothes come out spotless. Highly recommend!

So far, so good. Our clothes are getting very clean and it uses way less water than our old top loader. Really happy with our purchase. One thing that I really like is that it doesn't over dry the clothes either. They come out dry but not HOT and feeling staticky.

Remodeled kitchen and needed the washer and dryer in the kitchen. This model was the perfect fit. It's app features give you a customizable set of wash and dry settings.

It works well and is quiet thus far, washer has a quick wash cycle that is nice.

What can you say this is such a space saver for a small laundry room so now were able to put in a cabinet with a countertop. My wife is vertically challenged and with the controls in the middle and the dryer on the top she can actually reach in without being on her tippy toes simple to operate works great no complaints

This is an amazing washer and dyer system. It's sleek, stylish and technologically advanced. If was kind of crazy watching them bring this in upstairs but once installed it was breathtaking and does the job and then some. You should definitely read the manual and learn everything about what this has to offer.

I love this wash tower it's just amazing! The only reason am giving it a 4 star is that it is a little shaky when it spins I do t know if that's how it supposed to be . But o my o my it washes and dryers your clothes very clean best part you don't have to add time to your dryer it will automatically do so for you !

The machine works very well, the only thing that kinda bugs me is the app, and the remote start function... in order for remote start to work you have to physically push a button on the machine every time... seems like a useless "feature" Also certain wash/dry cycles can only be accessed via the app, would be a lot faster if the controls were just on the machine.

I am super happy with the LG Washtower. It is super easy to use and get connected to your wireless. The ability to use the ThinQ app is wonderful as you can download a cycle program, get the status of the load and remote start your cycles.

Love my new laundry center! It is much quieter than the stackable washer/dryer that I had before. Love the steam option. Turbo wash option cleans clothes thoroughly and half the time other washers do. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The washer dryer is really good. It seems to be capable of a lot but the instructions are vague. So I might have paid for more than I know how to use. Best Buy is not very helpful and they claimed they couldn’t install it. As soon as the delivery persons left I had it installed myself. I was hoping for a demonstration of the different capabilities but all they did was drop it off.
