The control panel is tap functionality and it is quite the experience. The washer did stink after a few cycles but I used the drum clean feature and shortly thereafter the sewer smell disappeared. Can’t wait to use the washer and dryer for a long time to come.

It's an energy saver plus very high tech; it has a steamer setting too. The only thing is it's limited capacity. This is for small loads for optimum performance.

If I want to wash a "Normal" load and I want an extra rinse, it takes 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! The same for a bedding load. These are the built-in settings. There is also a quick load that only takes about 20 minutes, so that is what I use for everything. Who wants to wash one load for 1 to 2 hours??? The dryer is also fine and has a number of built-in settings as well. There is also a setting where you can choose your own amount of time to dry, but you can't use the features with it...only wrinkle care which is a good feature. There is a steam setting that you can only use with the built-in settings. You can connect to wifi if you want, but why? Had I known that all the features were static and not available to me when I need them, I would not have chosen this washer/dryer combo. Imagine your electric bill if every wash takes over 2 hours.

We moved our laundry to the basement, out of our kitchen. Although we didn't have to do a stack, we liked the idea of saving space. It's a sharp looking machine and I'm expecting to see savings in utility costs. So far so good.

The tower works great thus far and allowed more room space for me over the convetional unit. In addition to the steam function, I like the fact that the controls are in the center and that the unit sends a signal to my phone as to status.

They navigated a difficult door situation great, with no damage to the door or appliance or anything. Very courteous and friendly and efficient. LG-IQ Stackable replacing Samsung

We were very limited in the choices for stackable due to the opening of our laundry area. This one is very nice as the front is flat from top to bottom. Our old Samsung the washer stuck out 3 inches further than the dryer.
