    This washer/dryer combo arrived dented. The installer told me he would order a new one for me. I haven't seen it yet. When will it be here??? I am using the dented machine, but the washer component always smells musty, even though I dry it thoroughly with a towel when I am finished, and I leave the door wide open. I'm not happy about this.

    The wash tower is great, however the delivery was horrible. They could not remove my gas line and they never set it up completely to check if it ran properly. I had to hire my plumber to come in and replace the gasoline. Two minutes and $238 later it was running.

    Atom who helped us was very friendly. However, he told us, we had 60 days should we find the same item lower in price, best buy would match. We went to the best buy in Appleton and were told that could not done.

    Everything every other review states is true. This machine is amazing. But...one caveat, you can't load the washer to the brim as it will throw an error. We ran into this issue and had to remove some clothing items. Then after a hard reboot(unplug and replug), it started working once more.

    I was excited about this machine. I really want to love it. I stayed up all night washing clothes the first week I bought it and I texted all of my friends stating I LOVE MY NEW WASHER. but now week 2., in my (Sommore voice).....here comes the side effects. I have washed two loads of clothes and the washer won't spin out. It takes forever to wash one load anyway, but even after 40 min of washing, and a twelve minute spin cycle, the washer is still full of water. This happened week one and I ignored it because I figured I just hadn't read the book yet. I have spun the clothes three times and the water just won't spin out. As much as I love it, I think I will send this back. I was already reluctant to spend $2,000 on it, but now I guess I'll go back to the basics with a cheap whirlpool machine. This is ridiculous. Not happy...
