Moved into a new home and the previous owner decided to take the washer / dryer with them After much searching decided in the LG wash tower as we have a depth issue in our mud room and wanted a large capacity washer/dryer pair and ordered the same at #BestBuy in early August as they were the only ones who had it in stock. After waiting a week, the first unit came damamged. Had to wait a day before we could call back to select another delivery date, which was another 4 days out. Second unit came, and only had a small dent on the bottom, which we accepted as is. Best Buy never added the steam kit in the order and the gas pipe was too small to reach the dryer. Trip to the local HW store solved the issue and we thought we were in business and could finally do our laundry which was over due for 3+ weeks. Second load in, we get a GAS error on the dryer and it stops working. Called LG who were no help. Best Buy wanted to send a tech out to repair, only issue it was another week out. Took a trip to the store and they agreed to replace the machine. After 5+ days of wait, machine #3 arrives and is dented on the top and they can only take one machine back so they connect the new one. During testing the dryer drum keeps banging and the delivery team tries to fix the issue by trying to push the metal out. Now the dryer works. Day in, the washing machine starts making Loud noises. Think we are done with LG and it’s been nothing but issues with build quality. I read the negative reviews, but still had faith, which was wrong Best Buy team at our local store have been great, but it’s been over a month and can’t keep driving to the laundromat to wash our clothes Time to find another machine.

Love the look of my product . Runs great easy to use. However product was damaged when arrived. I was able to have a new one ordered and will be delivered soon

So far, it’s been great! I love my machine and I haven’t had any issues. It’s beautiful and cleans my clothes and bedding perfectly. I am very happy with this machine.

Love the all inclusive space saver idea. One thing I dislike is if one part such as the dryer fails, they will haul away the whole Unit. It's a great concept but still needs improvement.

Very quiet and clothes come out softer than ever. We didn’t realize that a high quality machine would result in softer clothes. COVID back order and delayed delivery was worth the wait.

Thig works great once you figure out out to turn the unending chimes off. The only problem I had was that it took 6 weeks and 5 tries to finally get one installed. The installation process for my appliances was one of the worst buying experiences of my life. The fact you would spend $4000 on appliances and someone doesn't come out to make sure everything is ready is a headscratcher.

I love this washer and dryer. It’s the best stackable washer and dryer I’ve ever used. It washes so fast and clothes come out of the dryer so fluffed up. Definitely recommend.

Your delivery people were wonderful. And the washer dryer works well and is a delight. My only concern is the start buttons after I have to hit them two or three times before it starts.

At first i was worried they were too small because they look small but they fit alot!! I still need to test out the lg thinq app options see how that works

This washer and dryer stack is perfect for a small laundry room. It is very easy to use and holds more than you realize.

Appliance came in a timely manner; it was ready for PU when we arrived as promised...a great transaction. I would definitely do a special order from Best Buy again.
