What a great product. It is very easy to use and everything is in one unit. This makes doing laundry really convenient. With the washer on the bottom and the dryer on the top. But the most convenient option is that both controls are in the middle.

only had it a couple of days but so far so good. Love the features it's easy to use and does a very good job getting the clothes clean, Also never thought I would use it but the wifi connect is great. Gives me the time of when it will finish and when it needs to be cleaned, love it.

I’m very happy so far with this wash tower. The washer seems to use much less water, calibrating the size of the load. The dryer dries very quickly. It has been easy to clean, it’s not too loud, and the control panel is easy to use. I haven’t yet tried the download function to add permanent press as an option. I still might do that though. The unit is a little bit deeper than my last one so it does not fit completely into the cupboard space I planned for. The venting in the back apparently needs more room than older units. So make sure to measure, adding the extra vent space (~5”). I have had six experiences with installation crews from Best Buy in the last few months. The installation crew for this unit was the only one I can’t give a stellar review to. They actually broke the vent when they pushed the unit back which caused the dryer not work. After a repair person visit, a new vent, and a couple hundred dollars, everything is working fine now. I recommend LG and specifically this washer dryer combo. It is living up to all I’ve read about it.

Good product but challenging UI. The product works great but you almost have to use the app with it. Most of the settings are pre programmed on the device and so you need the app to make changes. The app is easy to use but wish I could adjust more things on the device itself. That being said, it's very sleek. Very quiet and works great. Massive amount of room in there and very efficient with detergent.

Awesome washer and dryer that saves me space! I don’t know why I didn’t stack my old unit but this time around, I have no choice. This only works as a stacked unit but it’s worth it. The dryer does collect a lot of lint on the lip of the dryer and the washer does seem to collect water in the rubber lip. Other than that, it’s a great unit.

Takes up less space than our old LG (which we owned for 17 consecutive years). Love the ability to sync it with our phones so it alerts us when the load is done. Does a great job cleaning the clothing and it's way quieter than our last one. Would not hesitate to buy this again if I needed a new one.

Ease of use is incredible. Great capacity for a stacked unit. Super quiet. Looks great.

Love this washer dryer unit. Given that some of us are shorter in the household, a major selling point for us was that the control was in the middle rather than on the top with some stackable units. It’s very easy to use and regardless of the cycle the clothes come out spotless. Highly recommend!

Quick and quiet with great results. Had a Maytag top loader washer previously. This washer amazes me how much cleaner it gets the cloths.

Very pleased with our new washer/dryer tower. LG did a great job with this one. As well as our LG stove and refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave. Tower is easy to use and fairly quick with laundry loads.

This product is a dream! Full size washer and dryer in a trimmed down stacked package. It works great and is relatively quiet. Also, Best Buy delivery and installation is absolutely top notch! Thank you!

Would highly recommended for narrow, small spaces. Reasonably priced, washes to perfect and as an extra bonus energy efficient, so eligible for a CA rebate.

Wow! Fit perfectly in my limited space laundry area. Very quiet set. Can't believe how much it holds!! I didn't want another front loader washer, but my niece recommended this model from personal experience and it did not disappoint! Definitely would recommend it !

We bought this for my mother who is 88 years old and 4'11" tall. This allows her to reach both sets of controls and the back of the dryer with out the danger of using a step stool. She is happy because this helps to extend her independence. We're happy because we don't worry about her doing laundry on a step stool. Win, win. The only draw back for us was the doors are not reversible. They open from the right side only and in our case this is a minor issue. quality seems good and it does a nice job. All in all, we're happy with the purchase.

I really like the washtower. There are a number of different cycles which I can choose depending on the load. I also like that the dryer knows what the setting was on the washer and selects an appropriate dry cycle which I can choose to override if needed, So far I haven't had any problems. My only disappointment is that I wish the doors were reversible. While it said the dryer door could be reversed, I didn't understand where the 2 screws would go on the other side as there were no holes. My laundry area is very small so it can be cumbersome to load as the washer door gets in the way.

We love our new laundry center! Our clothes turn out great, and it’s so quiet and easy to use.

This LG washer/dryer is not only handsome but easy to use and efficient. I had a fairly small space to work with (needing to replace an old stacking set) and this model worked out perfectly - since most other full size stacking systems are now taller.
