    This tower unit was the cheapest replacement we could find for our broken units, but its been great since. No bloated features while still adding the modern conveniences. Its surprisingly quiet. Plus it sings a little tune when the cycle is done!

    It looks really nice but after the first use it creates a smell i didnt care for. And then mold forms later so i traded it in .

    Unto itself washer dryer works great simple to operate efficient and functional. The wi-fi capability I can’t seem to operate maybe my lack of patience and or know how. I really haven’t sat down and gave the connectivity issue the time it may require. But all low tech aspects work great.

    We've had it for only about a month, but so far this unit is working excellent! We really like it, except that is has been a little bit confusing to use. Especially if you have to download a custom cycle.

    Delivered on time. Courteous & professional, couldn't ask for more. Still waiting on our floors to be installed before installing the LG washer dryer combo. I've always purchased GE or Whirlpool so this will be my first time using a different brand. My wife chose this set up because of the appearance. Not sure how well they work yet.

    I’ve used the washer s couple of times s as b B d the dryer once. I had to add rigid venting to extend the dryer vent beyond the alcove into the attic. All went well. I’m m very happy with the additional space I have for laundry products and table fir folding.

    install third party (somebody BB hires to do install) did not arrive on time. they were 6 hours late and the unit arrived damaged and had to be taken back to wharehouse. now we are told BB out of stock on our purchase and we will have to wait 90 days for replacement. total disaster
