    Trapped, Smelly Water After every single wash cycle, residual, dirty water is left trapped inside the machine. If this water is not immediately and manually drained—which requires a messy and time-consuming process—it quickly develops a horrific, sulfurous odor (like boiled eggs or rotten sulfur). ​As a result, our freshly washed clothes come out smelling worse than they went in, requiring a total rewash. We are forced to drain the water manually after every load just to prevent the smell, which is not a feature; it is a critical design failure in an appliance that costs thousands of dollars.

      One helpful step is to check that the drain hose is installed at the correct height (between 29–96 inches) and not inserted too far into the standpipe, as improper installation can cause water to remain trapped inside the unit. Running the Tub Clean cycle with liquid bleach or a washer cleaner can also help eliminate odor buildup.     If I can give a little guidance on your next delivery WITH install from BestBuy; DON'T DO IT. The 3rd party delivery company finds every reason not to deliver. And then when they do get there, they do not know how to install it. If the installation area isn't perfectly set up, they do not know how to install. Then on top of that, they will tell you it will cost another few hundred if they are to do anything. My experience and that is just the top-line feedback, was so poor. The appliance itself is good, pricing and financing, are fair, but DO NOT GET the installation. Unless it is plug and play. I hope this helps the next person.

    So far… 1000% better then my old washer and dryer ( 2 separate units). This tower’s best feature is the simplicity and ideal location of both washer and dryer’s controls. Love it!

    The door opens from right to left. Did not realize this when purchased. Quality in regard to washing and drying is great, just difficult to use in our setting. The door swing is not reversible.

    Aside from just looking great they do an excellent job. I just bought them so I don't have a good sense about reliability. My expectations are quite low having had a really old washer dryer for years
