1st brand new washer dryer I have ever owned! I am in love!

Product is huge upgrade compared to our old model.

Purchased on 11/2021, waited several weeks finally got it, and then 2 more weeks for an installer to come, who dropped it. Damaged LG washtower beyond repair, ruined a section of the brand new floor and walls in a brand new home, 3 weeks old. BB sent a out new unit, and could not move it to location so they setup a new service call to send more people out to move it. No one showed up. Hwoever the installer for gas line did and they seperated it and moved it with ease. That should have happened first time. However this new unit does not heat up to dry. Washer is great! So I spent about a total of 6 hours on calls and chats to get a repair service, BB failed kept passing the buck between departments. So I called LG directly. In less than 10 mintes I have my service call. They did say being new BB should have been to resolve the issue for me. so ratings are more for BB not product. I like LG washers and dryers, used them prior to this unit. Not sure what caused the issue with heating, appears to be faulty switch. But BB, you should have doen better and come on, dump geek squad name, stop using it for all support.

We bought this for the extra suite in our daughter's new home and got to use it over the holidays during our visit. It fit perfectly in the closet where it was installed. They both held a lot and did a very good job washing and drying. Wish we had the space in our home for this set.

Works great!!!! Love that the controls are in the middle for easy access cute sounds it makes when the loads are done.Highly recommend

It’s my first front loading washer and dryer. I thought they were excellent. I prefer the way it washes your clothes as to top loader.

If I can give a little guidance on your next delivery WITH install from BestBuy; DON'T DO IT. The 3rd party delivery company finds every reason not to deliver. And then when they do get there, they do not know how to install it. If the installation area isn't perfectly set up, they do not know how to install. Then on top of that, they will tell you it will cost another few hundred if they are to do anything. My experience and that is just the top-line feedback, was so poor. The appliance itself is good, pricing and financing, are fair, but DO NOT GET the installation. Unless it is plug and play. I hope this helps the next person.

I have had my LG Smart front load washer and dryer tower for a year now and I really like it. It is just what I wanted.

Washer and Dryer operate beautifully, with easy to understand panel, and with an excellent finish.

So far… 1000% better then my old washer and dryer ( 2 separate units). This tower’s best feature is the simplicity and ideal location of both washer and dryer’s controls. Love it!

I just Love my new LG Smart Load front washer/dryer tower. It is so quiet when either washing or drying your clothes and is very effiecient in the time it takes. Love It!!!

Stacked system works well for small space that I have.

The door opens from right to left. Did not realize this when purchased. Quality in regard to washing and drying is great, just difficult to use in our setting. The door swing is not reversible.
