    Purchased the LG Washtower. The dryer kept stopping, clothes weren't drying. Replaced with another and have the same problem. Changing manufacturer for next replacement. Glad I bought the Geek Squad membership!

    Both this unit and when we installed it the washer was making a horrible sound and shaking horrible when the technician came to see it from week squad and said he couldn’t believe it how to sold us a unit that was broken could not be an my more disappointed and annoyed with everything seriously worst experience ever.

    Do not buy this machine from Best Buy

    The machine that bought is a lemon. The malfunctioning began with the first load, leaking doors, smells of gas when in use, condensation building up on side dryer vent causing puddles on floor. Best Buy has miss handled the situation to get the broken machine out and new machine in, repeatedly. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy ever again.

    The dryer doesn’t collect lint in the trap. It clogs the outside lint trap that has to be cleaned every 3 weeks.

    Nice unit overall. Its sharp looking. Washer is kind of close to the ground, we got the storage pedestal and it makes the unit a little difficult to remove items from the dryer but makes using the washer more enjoyable. Overall I’d give the product a 4 not a 5 due to alittle awkwardness to the washer/dryer heights. Overall I will give this a 2 because of the service received by bestbuy delivery & installation. I received 2 deliveries, both times they damaged the product and my home. Nothing major but was very agitating.

    I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Had it 7 hours, already needs servicing. Didn't even get to finish a load of laundry. The washer shook so violently that it moved from its original spot and nearly ripped the hoses off the appliance.

    Dryer stopped working. LG sends the tech bad parts. Has been out for two weeks and LG won’t replace the unit. They just keep sending a tech to my house. FIVE TIMES. Bad mainboards.

    Samsung washer is not working after 10 days of purchase and Samsung customer service is really poor!! I will never recommended these Samsung products to anyone

    I purchased this product on November 13th, 2023, and it was advertised that I would receive a $150 gift card with my purchase. However, a month has passed, and I still haven't received the gift card. My attempts to claim it through customer service were frustrating; I was continuously transferred between departments, around 8-10 times, without any resolution. Based on this experience, I would caution others against making purchases from Best Buy.
