Very disappointed!

We used it once and are super disappointed with it. The machine moved during the wash so much that it scratched our quartz and damaged our walls. It is also so loud that even people who were outside of the house were asking what it was. Best Buy said they couldn’t do anything about this!

Terrible delivery experience

I have no idea if this is good appliance or not because BestBuy has failed to figure out how to get it downstairs. My delivery installation was scheduled for 11/2 but when the crew arrived, they realized they needed 4 men to get the wash tower downstairs. They arranged for a 4-man crew to come 11/7 but when the day came, there were only 2 men. Ditto for 11/17 and 11/22. WORST service ever. I am cancelling my order.

This machine was supposed to be in excellent condition. The dryer shakes uncontrollably and the washer leaks water.

Don’t buy from BEST BUY!!

Because bestbuy tried 2 times to hook the unit up to make GAS TO LP. Kept on bring wrong parts. So after 2.5 months of waiting. I told your Mickey Mouse outfit of company to take this back and WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!

The control panel, although convenient for short people, is actually inconvenient for me. I think the washer is rather noisy. I’ve only used 2 cycles the bedding and the quick. I bought it only because it fit the space (depth) for my laundry room.
