I have had it for about a year. So far it works great! The front doors need to be cleaned occasionally. And i recommend drying the rubber seal around the washer where the front door opening is. I hear it is common for front loaders to get some mold in that area. I haven't seen any though. I use it as a for a 5 unit apt. building i manage. So it gets a lot of use. it works as advertised. It's extremely quit. efficient, and does a really good job at cleaning clothes. I will most likely be getting one for myself the next time i need a new washer/dryer.

Nice machine, ended up returning it to get one with steam, the wifi and notifications are great though, easy to use.

So far, I like this tower a lot. Easy to use and quick. Clothes come out clean. I just had trouble setting up wifi.

I had to give it a 4 stars instead of 5 stars because there is no information provided to set up the Wi-Fi to use all the features. I have tried everything but it still continues to ask me for the Wi-Fi password for the product not my routers Wi-Fi password. I have been unable to locate any information and just have not had the time to work on it yet. I am just using the basics on the machine but I am happy. The only thing that I don't like is the dryer door tends to have dirt/debris/hair on it when I open it after the drying cycle so I need to wipe clean each time besides emptying the lint trap.

Moved into a new home and the previous owner decided to take the washer / dryer with them After much searching decided in the LG wash tower as we have a depth issue in our mud room and wanted a large capacity washer/dryer pair and ordered the same at #BestBuy in early August as they were the only ones who had it in stock. After waiting a week, the first unit came damamged. Had to wait a day before we could call back to select another delivery date, which was another 4 days out. Second unit came, and only had a small dent on the bottom, which we accepted as is. Best Buy never added the steam kit in the order and the gas pipe was too small to reach the dryer. Trip to the local HW store solved the issue and we thought we were in business and could finally do our laundry which was over due for 3+ weeks. Second load in, we get a GAS error on the dryer and it stops working. Called LG who were no help. Best Buy wanted to send a tech out to repair, only issue it was another week out. Took a trip to the store and they agreed to replace the machine. After 5+ days of wait, machine #3 arrives and is dented on the top and they can only take one machine back so they connect the new one. During testing the dryer drum keeps banging and the delivery team tries to fix the issue by trying to push the metal out. Now the dryer works. Day in, the washing machine starts making Loud noises. Think we are done with LG and it’s been nothing but issues with build quality. I read the negative reviews, but still had faith, which was wrong Best Buy team at our local store have been great, but it’s been over a month and can’t keep driving to the laundromat to wash our clothes Time to find another machine.

This is all one unit, and the controls are in the middle so they are easily reachable. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The cleaning performance and drying are very satisfactory.

only have done about 10 loads of laundry but so far the system works great.clothes are clean and come out dry.hoping to see the efficiency in my next few electric and gas bills.

Excellent product and the delivery men were extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. We highly recommend this washer and dryer to anyone looking for quality products with limited space.

Love this washer and dryer. I have been a Maytag person my whole adult life and switch to this LG and it cleans far better and really so much fun to use and easy.

Great tower washing unit work very well washer and dryer work awesome.

Nice looking, and easy to use. Spon cycle nearly gets the clothes dry. Dryer is a little long. Over ab hour.

If this water is not immediately and manually drained—which requires a messy and time-consuming process—it quickly develops a horrific, sulfurous odor (like boiled eggs or rotten sulfur). ​As a result, our freshly washed clothes come out smelling worse than they went in, requiring a total rewash. We are forced to drain the water manually after every load just to prevent the smell, which is not a feature; it is a critical design failure in an appliance that costs thousands of dollars.
