    When we started shopping for appliances, we planned to buy front loaders to sit next to each other. The new units are wider than they used to be, so didnt fit in the space. We decided to stack, but the dryer controls become comically high up on the two unit stack. This really fit our needs. No vibration, no noise, the cleaning is amazing, and the unit is beautiful. Great purchase!

    Seems very well built. Washer settings upload to dryer automatically. And nice to get alerts on my iPhone. Note that for delivery up stairwells, this unit splits in two for easy lift. The sales person and the first two crews to attempt delivery did not know this. Took three attempts but all’s well that ends well.

    Very few cycles. Unless you use the thinq app, the options are horrid. No way to dry on low without using delicate cycle. The washer is just as limited. Beautiful tower, gorgeous operating panel albeit be lack of options. Cleans great and dries well. If it weren't for the bad presets, I would rate 5 stars.
