Love the washer and dryer all good products. I just happened to be in the room during the final few minutes of the spin cycle and as in any washing machine, it was vibrating so what I did I put four vibration pads under the machine as I’m in the HVAC business and the thing works beautiful now no vibration that you could noticeably see or feel pads work great just like the product excellent.

Easy to use and washes quickly. It is also relatively quiet.

Fits nicely in the space I have for it and is quiet and fast drying works well except a pillowcase got caught up in a sheet

Ordered this w/d set to replace an old one that doesn't work. I told them it was on the 3rd floor of a walkup. They sent two teams. First team refused to bring the washer dryer to the correct floor, claiming the stairs were too narrow. I measured it myself. Their measurements were incorrect and they simply did not want to work. They could not disconnect my old unit. They simply left the new units on my living room floor, screwed them one on top of the other despite me telling them explicitly not to, and drove away. The second team arrived an hour later. They said they couldn't disconnect the old gas dryer and couldn't move the new unit to the correct floor. They claimed to "Call best buy" and then left without telling me. Best Buy gave me another appointment for 3 days after. Until then, I have a useless washer dryer sitting in my living room. They wasted my entire day. Unacceptable considering we paid $500 for delivery, installation, and haulaway. Will never use Best Buy again

This washer and dryer is great - it is quiet and compact. There are multiple washer and dyer functions that make it easy to use and options to alter each wash and dry mode. Washing a delicates load takes 39 minutes - a bedding load with an extra rinse took 110 minutes. The only thing that is slightly annoying about it is that the chime at the end of a cycles sounds like the jingle for an ice cream truck and I haven't figured out how to change it or if you can. So on laundry days, I constantly want ice cream.

I found it challenging to find a stackable unit that would fit in my space. This beauty fit perfectly! I'm still learning the ropes, but with each wash, I'm loving it more.

This machine makes laundry a dream. It's aesthetically pleasing to the eye; love the touch control pad and AI features. It doesn't run as quietly as I had anticipated, even behind the heavy closet door, but the sounds are only intermittent, not constant. I wish Permanent Press had been on the control center, but I downloaded it from ThinQ to both the washer and dryer and have now used it on the dryer twice; I think I'll be happy. I'm still learning how to add just a small number of minutes (under 20) when a dry cycle doesn't dry the waistbands of many items. The AI feature that anticipates the dryer cycle based on what was washed is great. Initially I didn't care for the long musical tones at cycle ends, but my 4-year-old grandson, who loves washing machines, found a video online of a kid playing the tune on the piano--who couldn't love that? The Bedding and Speed Wash cycles are great. Overall, I'm quite happy with this tower; it's certainly a nice upgrade from my 30-year-old relic. Hope it lasts as long!

Installation was pretty easy with help from a friend. Very quiet very energy efficient love it.

Love my new washer and dryer . It's not too loud. I love that the stackable is just in one piece. Definitely recommend this washer and dryer and definitely suggest getting the people at Best Buy to hook it up . Great customer service and fast delivery. My in laws are in there late 70's and they are even capable of using the touch screen machine.

This washer dryer combo is great. My parents got it and i just got the same one. Wish they had this in green but that's the higher model.

I couldn't be happier! FULL size machines that take up roughly the same space (slightly deeper) than the very old machine I was replacing. I love the look and the performance. I would definitely recommend (but wait until it's on sale).

It’s perfect for our small laundry closet which only allows stacked washer/dryer. All the controls are in the middle, which is good cause my wife is vertically challenged. The tower looks good and not loud at all. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Let’s just see how long it holds up.

combined unit replaced an 18 year old combined unit. New unit is quieter, easy to use and efficient. Don't know how it will hold up but at this time couldn't be happier. Graphite color blends in.
