I am very pleased with the products purchased on multiple levels. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation process was a nightmare and unnecessarily complicated. However, this review is on the products and I have been using the washing machine and dryer regularly since I purchased them and am quite pleased.

Both washer and dryer works good. Washer occasionally shakes at medium spin and goes away at higher and lower speeds.

Love this washer and dryer stack. It is so quiet and I love the lights inside the tubs and the reminder signals. It was a wonderful purchase and the price was very competitive when you take into the additional fees which is why we also got total tech. Installers were great and quick. In and out of our house in 45 minutes Took out our old unit and installed the new in such a short time. Great experience

I must say that everything about this purchase of a washer/dryer was superb, from the price (significantly below all other outlets), to the delivery that included the two men hoisting the machines up into their place in our outside shed. I was very pleased with the entire process.

This washtower is super easy to use! It looks great and works even better! The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it says you have the option to remote start, but you have to turn that on on the tower every time you turn on either the washer or dryer, so it honestly doesn’t make sense to use the function as you have to press the button on the machine anyway.

Would be nice to have doors open left to right. Other then that machine is quite and easy to use.

Takes some time to get accustomed to all the bells and whistles so be patient but you'll be glad once you get comfortable with all the settings. The app is great too. Finally a stackable with the controls in reach, about time!

Space saving tower. Put it in a bedroom. Very quiet. Easy to operate. Love it!

My washer dryer needed to fit in a build in kitchen cabinet space. It’s very quiet to compared to the older unit I previously had. My favorite feature of this unit is the central control board. Stacked units typically meant the dryer controls are at the very top.

Works great, Quiet and fully connects with the LG app.

I enjoy how easy to transfer from the wash to the dryer and it seem it has the same cycle. For wash and dry.

Enjoying this very much. Only issue i have is in the dryer at the bottom of the dorr is the lint trap when it's closed. When i open the door there is usually stuff stuck on the bottom of the door on the felt

The washer/dryer are great. As I write this I am actually doing a load of laundry. Besides the machines performance, the LG 24 hour customer support line is awesome.

Works great, fits perfectly, is so quiet when it runs and the delivery crew were top notch!!!! Took the old broken dryer away as well as every single little piece of packaging. We opted to donate the washer to a local charity.

Everything was good except that I paid for the installation and removal of the old Aplliance to be put to the side instead I was charged just to put my old appliance to the side

Great stacked Washer and Dryer, you can't wrong with LG and Best Buy.

Purchased on 11/2021, waited several weeks finally got it, and then 2 more weeks for an installer to come, who dropped it. Damaged LG washtower beyond repair, ruined a section of the brand new floor and walls in a brand new home, 3 weeks old. BB sent a out new unit, and could not move it to location so they setup a new service call to send more people out to move it. No one showed up. Hwoever the installer for gas line did and they seperated it and moved it with ease. That should have happened first time. However this new unit does not heat up to dry. Washer is great! So I spent about a total of 6 hours on calls and chats to get a repair service, BB failed kept passing the buck between departments. So I called LG directly. In less than 10 mintes I have my service call. They did say being new BB should have been to resolve the issue for me. so ratings are more for BB not product. I like LG washers and dryers, used them prior to this unit. Not sure what caused the issue with heating, appears to be faulty switch. But BB, you should have doen better and come on, dump geek squad name, stop using it for all support.
