    Had this for about a month. Leaked water all over the floor on the third use and the chime no longer works. Extremely noisy, to the point it shakes the upper floor of my house. Something just isn't right with this washer. Had techs come out again to see if it was installed incorrectly but they found nothing. Stay away from this washer and LG. I should've known better based on my experience with many failed LG appliances in the past.

    It's already leaking from the bottom after one month of use. We looked at the connections, drain and other suggestions from LG and it appears to be an internal leak we will need to have serviced.

    Wash Settings Fiasco

    I hate this washer. The complex wash settings require a PhD in gobbley-gook to understand and result in wash cycles averaging above 60 minutes! I don't work in a coal mine, so my laundry just isn't that dirty. As a result, I use only the speed wash setting, which I have to reset for each load. Totally wish I hadn't bought this - everything else about it seems fine, but the settings fiasco is so irritating that I rate the machine "poor".

    I may have to return. The washer does a lot of shaking when I'm washing a small load not sure why. And I only had it for a month.

    Too many suds. Not well designed

    Your service was great. However the machine had to be replaced the first week then too many suds out the overflow. Finally worked with only 1 tablespoon of tide ultra. There should be a notice from lag when you get the machine

    Washer arrived broken

    I got my brand new washer and dryer today from Best Buy. They arrived 2 weeks late because they weren’t in stock. They came today and were installed. The washer makes horrible noises, so loud you can hear it across the street. The installers to us we could go ahead and use it anyway, someone would be calling us in a day or so to make a replacement. Beware!

    Very confusing to work the dial and buttons on the unit. I regret not buying my original choice which was whirlpool.

    LG Washer - too sensitive

    This LG Washer is just OK. While it has settings for towels an bedding, it continually errors on these settings. It was installed by Best-buy, it was properly leveled and set up. I would not recommend this set.

    Ordered it on Dec 13, We received it Dec 16, Due to Holidays and travel, we didn't install this till Jan 19, 2023. Now we are facing an issue with the unit for vibration and alignment of the motor with the first wash and trying to get hold of Best Buy or LG but no response. We are stuck with a brand new not working piece of Metal. Very disappointed with Best Buy Support. Amazon or other stores would have taken it back or exchanged it in this situation

    I am not sure about this product. Have had for about two months. Cleans well but last night while doing small load noticed water leaking from underneath machine. If continues may have BIG PROBLEM on hand!

    Well. Within a month the dryer already is malfunctioning. And trying to start a claim has been challenging... Frustrating. LG front load. Only timed drying works now

    Cold water on my machine isn’t working.

    I purchased this washer a month ago and got it installed but for some reason it was only washing with hot water even when we were using the cold water option. We thought it was installed wrong so geek squad came in again and it turns out the machine is the problem. I find it Incredibly unfortunate a BRAND NEW machine is malfunctioning right off the back.. it’s just sad. We’re waiting on the manufacturer to reach out now to hopefully get this sorted out..

    If I could give this washing machine zero stars I would! Not sure where consumer reports gets this is a good washing machine. I've had since July 2022 and already need to have the technician come out AGAIN because the machine is stuck on spin cycle. I should've sucked it up and bought a Maytag!

    Not to happy with the LG product, for the price I have paid. I’ve already had a tech haft to come service it. It two months for me to get it fixed and just purchased in October.

    3 hour minimum wash cycle. Am unable to figure out how to turn off the finish signal as well.
