After months of not knowing how to wash in cold water, I called (my second call) and the woman spent about an hour explaining how to use the washer. I had previously read the owner's manual. I also checked out the more complete manual on line. I read many pages, still not fining the answers.

Sounds like a bomb! Don't BUY!

This washing machine is so loud - I was afraid to walk in the laundry room! Sounds like an exploding jet engine. And it walked across the floor after being carefully installed and levelled by a trustworthy contractor. Of course I could have it replaced, but then I would have to pay hundreds AGAIN for the installation. What a disaster.

UNHAPPY With HE washing machines!

Must use very very little detergent and the whites get gray and dingy in short time and you have to wash again, so where are the water and electricity savings. BTW you have to run frequent empty cycles with no detergent to try to get rid of left over soap suds that confuse the sensors and the tub will not spin.

Damaged and never got a response

When they left it I noticed scratch and paint missing on top corner. I showed them and they took pictures and said someone would be in contact with me. I never heard from anyone. And it was never resolved. Very disappointed.

Found this out after i had to make a trip to the store to complain it wasn't operating. My second issue is never since day 1 receiving this washer has it dispense fabric softener. Bad experience, bad washer. I'm going to purchase elsewhere next time.

Washer came first so I started using it. Dryer all of a sudden got cancelled and come to find out it’s being discontinued. I bought the set to match as we just bought a new home. I have complained to the geek squad who stated the washer would be replaced with a new one a week from now.
