Very good product is very quiet great buy for the price

Love it but it's huge! It's got the shortest depth of comparable washers. I didn't get the pedestal washer because it's too hard to bend over for us due to health issues. This is great with the pedestal if you have back problems or problems bending over. Now I have to figure out the app. It was cheaper and had a smaller footprint than washers with less cu ft.

Outstanding product for the money. Sometimes there are so many programs available on new models it becomes too complicated to perform a simple task. This washing machine cuts through the extraneous and does an outstanding job. It will handle the largest loads as well as smaller ones and performs well on both. Great value and results.

This LG 3400 washer has a wide variety of settings to accommodate any type of load. What we like most is the amount of water used is much less than our previous washer, a savings we can see in our monthly water bill. It can handle larger loads, heavily soiled loads, with adjusted wash times for all types of loads. Our clothes are clean and fresh. This is a great washer, and is rated in the top 5 by Consumer Reports.

Controls not too hard to figure out, with good number of options. Unit does good job on cleaning clothes. Only issue is the vibration when spinning; the washer doesn't move around like my last one, but the whole room shakes!

Love this washer and the quick delivery to my home! The washer is easy to use, clothes wash well, and the best part is that the machine sets time according to how much you wash at once. Would highly recommend this product and Best Buy as the place to purchase!

The washer was delivered on time. All the parts were there and we have had no issues with it in the several months that we've been using it. This is a family of nine so it typically runs at least twice a day.

I don't recommend a front load washing machine because the rubber seal inside gets molded and then to replace it is almost as much as a new washing machine. No eco friendly

Loved the washer....it's quiet and large...so you can fit alot of clothes in.

Very quiet, very little vibration. Gets clothes clean. Have to go check to make sure it is running.

Great product but Best Buy will lie to you and say it’s in stock and will deliver in two weeks and that day call and say they running late 6 hours when they were suppose to deliver they call and say it’s still out of stock and be another month. After six weeks I finally got it in and the product is great

The LG Direct Drive washing machine and LG Sensor Dry dryer are so effective and VERY quiet compared to the previous model we owned by another company, originally purchased in 2009). These models hold comforters very easily and the washer cleans well! We have these stacked in our condo kitchen laundry space and we can actually watch TV in our living room without being interrupted by loud machines like the previous ones. Thank you!
