My first LG washer

It is definitely quieter than my previous GE. I gave it 4 stars only because the clothes are not as wrung dry as my GE did, but it does a good job.

It only lasted 3 years and was not as efficient as this new LG. It cleans well. It is a little noisier than the other washer when it spins but otherwise works great!

Conducted extensive search for replacement and chose to stay with LG. New unit is quieter, same foot print/same height so, it fit perfectly in existing laundry room. Touch-screen is easy to use.

Had I know this, I would’ve ordered the one above the 4000 series. This was what the installer said I could use, since the 4000 series drain hose is not long enough. LG and Best Buy didn’t have accurate pics for the 4000 series. Wish I bought the 5000 series one.

I wish I could afford the dryer. It went on sale after I had ordered mine and the customer sales dept. gave me the sale price WIN/WIN, Thank you for that!

No eco friendly

We figured first set lasted us, why change a good thing. LG, once again, has not disappointed us. Build quality is amazing and its SO much quieter than our old unit ever was. Very satisfied.

The washer was all wrapped in plastic wrap so there was no way to inspect the item without unwrapping the whole thing before placing it in our car. The washer is loud when agitating, my previous two LG washers were very quiet compared to this model. Spins all the laundry to the back of the washer making it difficult to remove the clothes because I don't have it on a pedestal. Priced right for the time I needed it.
