With that worry gone, this washer is fantastic! I love all the settings. I love being able to see into the washer. It uses so much less water but all clothes are clean. I chose to stack this under the dryer and so far love the setup.

Broken after a year and a half.

I used the tub clean cycle all the time and cleaned it out. It's not even 2 years old and it broke. The customer service has been horrible. It's been such a nightmare to try and get it fixed that we have decided to just buy a new washer.

Though we had a broken/non-functioning one for 6 months prior to buying the new one, so my perspective may be a bit skewed. I'm just really grateful to be able to do laundry again. Haven't attempted any of the fancy functions like the remote start (because I can't figure out why I would ever need to), but all the basics work really well.
