    Excellent Washer, very thorough with huge capacity! Good pricing from Best Buy on a highly rated appliance. My 17 year old Kenmore went on strike, so I bought both the dryer and this matching washer. Very pleased with the look and performance of both!

    I was disappointed that the delivery technicians could not hook up the unit because they said I had older plumbing connections. I had to connect the water supply line and drain after they were finished. They did a good job stacking it and the dryer and removing the older unit.

    Bought for price and availability. LG makes an excellent appliance and this one works easily and should be more efficient than old top loader. Capacity is great and it spins the wash almost dry.

    Looks great on the outside, but it takes an insanely long time to complete its cycle. At one point, the meter read 2 hours, which got reduced to 90 minutes. Even though it was a large load on the "heavy duty" setting and with 3 extra rinses (background checks on this model sometimes stated that water use was so economical that others resorted to using the heavy duty or towel settings to ensure that detergent was completely rinsed out). In any case, two hours or even 90 minutes is a bit longer than most washers, even other front-loaders.
