Back to a Front Loader

I had an LG front loader as my first one and loved it! My second washer was a top loader (name will remain unsaid) and HATED IT! My whites did NOT get as clean as before. I am back to the front loader and I am so pleased and the whites are clean again! Surprised at how much less water it uses for each load! Technology has improved greatly. Thank you LG!

By comparison, this LG washer is quieter in every part of the wash cycle, more effective at cleaning large and small loads (while being more gentle on fabrics), and just as efficient with HE detergent. Controls are straightforward and cycle options are sufficient for our needs. It cost more than our top-loader, but we hope it will be more durable. I guess the upside of having chosen the top-loader is that we truly appreciate this front-loader now.
