Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought the lg pair based on consumer reports and other reviews that it was quiet which was our main concern, we live in a condo where the washer/dryer are right next to the kitchen with no door the washer makes more noise than our old washing machine, when it stops spinning which it does for 12 to 14 minutes it sounds like a jet airplane landing, when water shuts off and on it shakes the whole house, couldn't be more unhappy with the unit, the dryer works fine and is quiet, will probably keep it for awhile then give it away and look for something else, maybe try a top load HE

Had to do some adjustments to the closet to get this to fit because it was built for a 2.4 Cu. Ft. machine (condo size). My contractor did a good job so it now stacks with 7.4 dryer. Quiet spin cycle and minimal vibration.

We love the front loader, controls and size; however, it takes a very long time if you fill it to capacity. I would recommend as long as you are aware it has sensors that chooses the amount of time so it may take a long time.

Preprogrammed cycles are easiest to use, but are long, like 60 minutes. A programmable 35 minute cold cycle would be nice. Would be nice to have the unit remember last cycle.

This is the NOISIEST one ever. While my washer is in a laundry porch behind the kitchen, even with the doors closed I can hear the washer in my living room over the TV. Do not recommend if you need quiet.

Our older washer would wash clothes without any issue, this one, sometimes decides that it doesn't want to and you have to give it a helping hand by powering off and back on......... Don't even bother phoning the NOT Geek Squad, they were completely useless, do not listen and just continually repeat the same thing, they are not technically trained!
