    The price was good. Simple and easy to use controls. Wash time is longer than our older machine. The time is set based on the weight and different pre set options. Cannot pick time manually. Most cycles are quiet, however, the rinse cycle is a little loud and causes vibration. Tried adjusting the levels of the stands.

    So far it works pretty well, as long as you don't try to modify the cycles. Going for a cold wash or hot wash, if that's not what the washer is programmed to do, often takes multiple tries before I give up. I do like its capacity, but I either need a new machine or someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong. Oh, and the washer doesn't come with operating instructions. Those have to be found online, and though they're not obscure, they are not the first thing that pops up on Google either.

    The machine works well and is quiet but the normal wash cycle is over 90 minutes, when 45 minutes would have been fine. We'll need to try various modes and settings to find a reasonable length of a cycle.

    Great washer for the price. My last washer was an LG (lasted 12 years) The normal cycle was 50 minutes. On this washer the normal is 90 minutes. We try to remember to select "Speed Wash" to save time. Other than that, it's a good washer.

    well, after 15 years, our previous LG washer finally died. after reading other reviews, we decided on the 8-cycle because of the LED screen issue others were having with the higher cycle models. in the end, 8 cycles is more than enough for our needs, so it was a win-win. we ordered this item from BB on a friday and it was delivered the following monday. the delivery guys were very efficient and helpful. overall, a very good experience!
