    Good all-round washer. Our first one broke in less than a year (a piece broke off in the barre in a normal, regular wash!) and it was a nightmare working with LG to get reimbursed for it under warranty. 6 months later we still haven’t been reimbursed despite being told a “check was in the mail”. Beware and get Best Buy warranty or something else.

    GeekSquad members that delivered the washer were efficient, friendly and helpful. We were texted with a narrower window of time the night before and then the delivery crew called us when they were 15 minutes away. Although we did not ask for installation, this crew gave advice that was very helpful! Thank you!

    We are very satisfied with our purchase. From the sales rep to the delivery driver's everything went smoothly. We were extremely impressed with Mike and his assistant during the installation. They took great care from the uncrating to the delivery and installation. Would highly recommend both this product and company!!
