    Can't really speak to the units as they were only installed today. But we can speak to the professional installation by Geek Squad. All members were wearing masks without being asked. They did a great job and helped me recover the pedestals from the old units which we will use for storage. The units look to be easy to use and understand. Our only sad is the dryer does not have an interior light. We can live with that.

    It's been put through it's paces (30 days in) and works great. Getting used to the new LG jingle versus my replacement, as well as longer wash times for some reason. I do wish I had more more control over jingle sound, rather than just lowering it or muting sound.

    I bought this washer a month ago. It seems to be well made and it definitely gets the job done with ease. From my experience LG makes quality washers and dryers. The only reason I did not give this machine 5 stars is because it is not the top of their line washing machine. As far as features go, it is a nice step up from the entry level machine without breaking the bank.
