    This is a great little wash machine which seems to use very little water. We can't wait to get our next water bill to see how much money we are saving. We are a family of 3 people and 3 dogs so there is always something that needs washing. Very quiet.

    I bought the washer for my tenant and gave the sales agent online her cell number. But s/he didn't record it and the delivery guy called me and failed to reach me. When I called back, he didn't answer and caused the delay of delivery for another four days.

    We are happy with the washer. We especially liked the salesperson who helped us. The next day when we needed a dryer I called the same department and asked for him. It was his day off. I began to ask about dryers but the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. We got the dryer from Home Depot. I did not ask the guy's name.
