    Washer and dryer are fine, I wish it didn't have the programmed settings and I could just easily select water temp, time, and soil level. I also hate that Best Buy installed them with the doors banging into each other and then I tried calling for help and I get some call center in India and had to speak to some foreign guy with awful English who just hung up on me when I asked about a swap kit to switch the doors. Seems like the installers could have offered that service.

    Absolutely love my washer!! I have the dryer too… they are both great. Washer washes quietly and all clothes clean. It doesnt hurt that it also looks so beautiful in my laundry room.

    Great product, worked like a charm! Our prior washer broke and we found this one which was relatively easy to install by bestbuy’s delivery team. Make sure you buy the extra cable as that is NOT included with the purchase. I do think it’s a bit ridiculous to not include a $27 cable that is a critical part requirement.

    Not really good like other LG washer I used to have. The older I got, it had turbo wash (same load) with 52min while this one take 3 Hours (in my timer I check about 2 hours 30 min). Good, balancing, quiet but take long time for cleaning!
