Love the machine. It’s unfortunate that the delivery did not go well. The people who delivered it Ed were to set it up didn’t know what they were doing and when they ran into a problem, they would say you will have to call a plumber. Not a good situation.

Like the washer so far, but have only had it for a short time. We have had difficulty getting it level and/or the floor may have too much bounce, so there is some vibration/instances of it going off balance, but that isn't necessarily a problem with the washer.

Working well and quite quiet performance in the first two weeks.

The washing machine is great. Enjoy all the choices/cycles that are available. Very quiet. Delivery team arrived on time. They were professional and friendly (names were Adrian and Yamel). Cleaned up and took all packaging materials away with them. Great job!

The washer performs over and above my expectations.

We bought this washer because of its size. All washer and dryer manufacturers have increased the depth and height by 3-5 inches of a standard size washer (4.5 cu.ft.) and dryer since our last washer and dryer purchase - 25 year old Frigidaires (4.5 cu.ft.) which were still running and I wish I still had them. This washer is crap compared to it. I set my Cell phone timer to how long the washer says it will take (BTW - twice as long as my old washer) so I can transfer from washer to dryer immediately to prevent wrinkles when the washer timer goes off. Every time now the washer has already finished before the time it originally stated, leaving my clothes with washer wrinkles and I have to re-wash and keep running in to the laundry room to check to see if it is done. The buzzer isn’t as loud as my old one either so I haven’t heard it when it does stop. Also, adjusting the settings to wash at the temperature, spin strength, extra wash cycles, etc., instead of it’s preset cycles, I have not been able to get it to do. Directions are very bad. Delivery from Best Buy was also such a nightmare I will never shop there again. If we hadn’t emailed the CEO of Best Buy who had customer service at their headquarters in the USA get in touch with us and the local store we would probably still be waiting for it to be delivered months later. Extremely disappointed with this very expensive purchase.

Good washer,but my old one was better.In this time I couldn’t find LG front load smaller size (about 3.7).Size 4.5 is too big for family of 2 people. Also normal cycle takes about 70 minutes.My old LG 3.7 did it in 47 minutes. Fortunately this washer is in basement,because it makes a lot of noise unlike my old one.But it works!

It’s ok. Remember to take out the packing screws in the back. One thing that I can’t understand is that why there is a separate tube that you need to empty? The water and soap stays in there and you have to manually empty it out. Couldn’t they attached it to the drain where the rest of the water goes??

Has the option of regular cycle or speed wash. Small loads on speed wash works best. Talked to the Appliance Spec. between LG or Samsung. Charles H. was able to give me detailed info. I decided on the LG. Cost a bit more but it was still the best deal around.
