    This is a great washer selection, and Best Buy is a great place to buy. This washer offers many features that are desireable, has a 10 year warranty on the drum motor, and addresses several "issues" on the washer it replaced. Highly recommend.

    So far so good. Had an issue originally but it was resolved by the LG immediately. Has a quick cycle and a really long cycle that seems a bit much but washer has worked well. Just need to keep door open after wash to dry machine out, to prevent mold

    I love the speed wash cycle. The dryer works great! The men who delivered it couldn’t get it into the closet that the contractor had prepared. The contractor sent 3 guys who got it to fit. I love having the washer- dryer in the first floor. I wish Best Buy delivery folks could call on some help in situations like this.

    The entire process from online purchase to appointment schedule and delivery went smoothly. The washer so far exceeds my expectation. The two young men that delivered it were very professional and friendly, even with a lot of deliveries to make that day. I am very pleased.

    Happy with the washer so far, however, the Best Buy installers did considerable damage to the dryer vent and vinyl plank flooring during the installation of the new washer & dryer. I had to file a damage claim with Best Buy to cover the cost of the repairs to my home.
