Great washing machine. Unfortunately the owners manual leaves much to be desired, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Staff at Best Buy were SUPER.

Washer has new features that I like. Like spin only.

Love the washing machine. Works really well. Just after every use dry the inside and leave door ajar to make sure it drys or else there will be an odor. Other than that it’s working wonderfully.

This is my first front-loading washer, ever. I love how it conserves water & detergent. Easy to use. The clothes come out clean. Lots of options. The spinning cycle is light years better than old style. While the washing cycle is longer, it makes drying time shorter. Everything comes out barely damp. Dries in 30 minutes.

This washer works the way I need it to! Very quiet

We are new to LG having been buying Whirlpool washers in the past. We didn't like the current Whirlpool and the salesperson suggested the LG. We really, really love the LG washer. As long as it last as long or longer than the Whirlpool we may be new LG buyers going forward.

After dealing with customer service at one of the top U.S. brand names, I decided to go with LG come what may. I haven't looked into the nuts and bolts, but it seems impressive and nicely designed.

This washer is really good quality and the people at Best buy are friendly and get the product to you quickly.

Second load washed in this washed was a twin flannel sheet and a very very lightweight twin comforter. Took four tries to complete cycle (on bulky setting) without unbalancing. Multiple spin only cycles to not have it absolutely waterlogged. Finally worked but clearly isn’t going to be able to handle our usual bedding laundry needs. This is third LG stacked front load washer I’ve purchased. First was base model, lasted 7 years and was a champ, second was mid-level model and lasted exactly one month longer than the 5 year extended warranty then ceased to spin. Cost to repair would be about half the cost of new so bought new. This one seems to be a complete lightweight and I regret purchasing. If it lasts 5 years I’ll be stunned. It will be the last LG we buy. Not sure what we will go to but I need something that can handle washing basic bedding, even if in small loads. We have dogs and allergies so linens need to get washed frequently. I already send the heavier blankets out for cleaning to not wear down the washer prematurely. But this is ridiculous.

It is not what I expected to replace my old LG. TUB IS VERY LOW TO EMPTY, Rinse cycle feels very wet! Door opens opposite of my dryer and cannot be changed.

Much happier with this model than my previous washer, (not the same brand). Wish the controls were just a little easier to read. All and all its a keeper and does a great job cleaning without sounding like it is going to take off through the ceiling.

Very high tech, I enjoy doing laundry while using this washing machine. I'm 71 years old and I do all the laundry for my wife and myself and she has some pretty serious medical issues Best buy has treated me very good during this difficult times

This LG clothing washer is a good machine. I just want a simple machine that can do its job. Besides the sale price I also get a hundred dollar rebate from SFPUC, that’s mean it’s a energy star model. My old LG washer last 15 years without any issue.

We are really happy with this washer so far. We were looking for an affordable, highly rated by consumer reports, front load washer and this has been the best one.

All aspects of purchase delivery and installation worked out well. Workers for each task were great.
