The first delivered washer failed to ever complete the wash cycle. It was stuck on 4 minutes about an hour before I turned it off. Best Buy swapped it out and the second one works great.

We bought this open box washer and it works very good. We had an old washer and we were a bit nervous with this new one... it has a sensing load and energy efficiency so it’s very quiet but we love it. We can finally wash our bedding instead of taking it to the laundromat.

We’ve had a few of these LG washers over the past 10 1/2 years. Great machine and quite a workhorse in our Fitness Facility.

Extremely happy with it so far. I does a great just and has a really good selection of options. Not sure I would consider stacking the dryer on it, only because then I would not be able reach the controls.

This is my 2nd LG (previous one lasted over 12 years!) and this new model does not disappoint. The cost is competitive and I love all the features. The cold wash setting is especially good, thoroughly cleaning loads while saving energy. I will always buy LG!

This is my second LG washer, and I am just as pleased as I was with the first one. It has all of the features I want and need, no excess frills that I will never use, nor want to pay for.

This LG is the best washer we've ever had! The spin dry leaves very little moisture so that the dryer doesn't take too long. I like that it is narrower than all the others so that the dryer exhaust can finally line up exactly with the wall vent.

Had to buy a new washer and I love Best Buy’s open box policy.

Great price for a washing machine! I love the quick 20 minute wash cycle for when I need to get a load of laundry done quick. When my old washing machine broke down I was happy to find this one that still matched so dryer so that I still had a matching set.

I have had a similar model before and I had it for 7 years and it never gave me any problems, we only changed it for remodeling. Is a big deal

We purchased our first LG front loading washer & dryer set in August of 2009. We washed many loads for a family of five for 10-plus years with that set. Feeling 10-plus years of constant use is good value for the investment, we purchased this new set and expect similar value.

It washes small to medium sized laundry well.. BUT here are the issues that knocks the rating down to three stars. - the shortest setting to ACTUALLY clean the laundry is on delicate (45 mins) and it only lets you do medium spin. - it can barely fit a light plush microfiber comforter and a very light weight king sized quilt. - it’s very loud. - the drum seems to get unbalanced more than it should. I think for the price it’s okay but if I would have had the money i probably would have gotten something a bit better.

Bought this for my son and his wife. His comment after a month of use: it's great. We have an equivalent model LG washer bought three years ago, and it's been great too!

I love the fact that it’s large enough to wash a quilt and then a small blanket along with it and when I say “I mean a king size quilt ! It use less water than my other washing machine. Great purchase

While no appliance last as long as they used to. LG washers seem to last longer than all of their counterparts washability on a front load machine is much better than a Toploader.

Works great even on the short cycle, which saves us lots of time and Energy!

washer works well. I expected to see the time wash for each cycle but this is a smart washer, it measures how big or small of a load then ran for the right amount of time. The only thing is it does not have a save button for your favorite cycle.

I am enjoying very much my new washer. It takes a bit of getting used to as it is a front loader and procedures and habit need to change to learn to use it. I am not comfortable with naming a review . I usually dont review products.

The people who sent did not want to do the installation, my husband had to do it and now the machine does not work well, sometimes in the middle of the wash, sometimes the machine stops. I am not happy that the best buy services.
